Just connect the ethernet cables of the cameras and switcher to a network switch or connect the ethernet cables to the LAN ports on the switcher as well.

I am just waiting for video camcorders that will output video to ethernet just like HDMI and SDI and then a video switcher with ethernet input connections just like HDMI and SDI video switcher. Such a technology will help us connect camcorders easily over a long distance at less cost with good video quality output better than SDI and HDMI and moreover have a durable cable system than HDMI that is always proned to breakages.
