Classical guitar players use that also in many guitar pieces, believe it or not its more efficient and easier than using 1 2 3 4 fingering some times, I myself use that 1 index fingering, just not that fast lmao. I think cuz its supposed index finger is the strongest after the thumb.
I saw obscura live in march of this year in Helsinki and Rafael played the whole show FLAWLESSLY! Every note of every solo and riff, no mistakes. Was blown away, he is on another level!
Word on the street is Steffen is incredibly hard to work with. He owns the band name and the rest of the band all left at the same time, or were kicked out, who knows. No one ever gets the real story in these situations, gotta play amicably online to not hurt the brand image
Now that it's announced that Christian is coming back on guitar, I wonder if Steffen was going to force Rafael out simply because Christian wanted to come back, and the rest of the band wasn't having it and decided to leave with him and form their own project. Purely speculation of course
@@DingusMcBrungus Sounds like an educated guess, you know what, it sucks that these rumors exists about Steffen but I feel like a lot of great music will come out of that split. Im stupid excited at the idea of hearing Sebastian Rafael and Linus on a new project but I'm also stoked to see David Diepold with the band (w/ Christian and Paul ofcourse). Hopefully everyone has their ego in check and new music comes out that's true to their respective author.
