"I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul" has me rolling every time. Also, this film and Happy Gilmore is the reason why Adam Sandler's production company is named "Happy Madison Studios".
"IF PEEING YOUR PANTS IS COOL CONSIDER ME MILES DAVIS" This movie is still hilarious. Wedding Singer with Sandler is also great. One of his best movies next to Happy Gilmore and The Waterboy.
🤡 - "Hey kids it's me! I bet you thought that I was dead!" Sam - "I did!" 🤣🤣🤣 An absurd classic. So much to love, but almost everything comes together perfectly. RIP to all the comedy legends we've lost. For more of this era of Sandler and Buscemi - Airheads, with Brendan Fraser 🤘
I don't think the Schmitts know that Adam Sandler has a very famous comedy song called Lunch Lady Land, which references sloppy joes. That's why that scene is in the movie.
He’s always the antagonist in just about everything I have seen him in, going back to Revenge of the Nerds II and Adventures in Babysitting. He’s probably at his worst/best as Commander Lawrence in The Handmaid’s Tale.
@@mmkay32 I enjoy that, but after the three, they started to run together. Maybe started to get a little repetitive? That being said, The Waterboy is in my collection. 🙂
Billy Madison is a classic. Possibly one of Adam Sandler's best stuff from the past. Even Steve Buscemi was great. Bridgette Wilson was hot, and it's because she'll always be Sonya Blade from the first Mortal Kombat movie to me (which came out the same year as this btw; hope to see ya'll react to it soon). And RIP Chris Farley, Norm Macdonald and Darren McGavin.
I remember this sexy picture of Bridgette in EGM magazine I think it was, in a pair of unzipped cut-off shorts at the time... I was only 11 but my goodness did it awaken something in me 😂
"Hey, kids it's me! I betcha thought that I was dead! But when I fell over I just broke my leg and got a hemorrhage in my head - Huh-HA-huh-HA!" 🤡 The year before Billy Madison, Adam Sandler, Steve Buscemi and Brendan Frasier starred together in a movie called Airheads. That's the next one of his I recommend for you.
The guy who played the bus driver is Chris Farley, he's hilarious!! You guys really need to react to his stuff Tommy Boy (1995) Black Sheep (1996) Beverly Hills Ninja (1997)

Watch the Drew Barrymore Adam Sandler trilogy. Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates and Blended. They have great chemistry. Also Billy's friends show up in Dirty Work, which is super hilarious!
If you guys love The Sopranos, I would highly recommend start watching the Boardwalk Empire series starring Steve Buscemi. Buscemi finally received his first starred series and deserved it! The series focuses on Atlantic City in the early 1920s during the prohibition era with Martin Scorsese directing the pilot episode. The HBO series lasted five seasons and picked up 20 Emmy Awards including 2 for Outstanding Drama Series.
There are so many lines from this movie that will stay with you 20-30 years after you see it. Even the few scenes we got with Chris Farley still make me crack up when I think about them.
Awesome reaction as usual, now I'm waiting for the Airheads reaction. In that one you got Brendan Fraser, Steve Buscemi, and Adam Sandler as a rock band that takes over a radio station with toy water guns.
This and Happy Gilmore are the perfect 1-2 punch if you just want to throw on some Sandler stuff while you're bored. It's got the same tropes with the loveable weirdo and smarmy antagonist you want him to beat. But they're both so stupidly hilarious in their own ways.
@@jkhoover Sure, Billy Madison has the better jokes as it's more of a pure comedy. Bulletproof has the better storyline though. That being said, neither is my favorite. Still, "Disneylaaaand" will never not be funny. Personally though, imo in Bulletproof in particular Wayans does more of the heavy lifting, so i don't think it's a good representation of a "classic Sandler-movie"
The scene where Chris Farley stops Billy before he gets on the bus is one of my favorite scenes of any comedy movie. You can tell Adam Sandler was trying his hardest not to laugh.
Great reaction, my face hurts from smiling so much. Hopefully Adam Sandler's Paul Thomas Anderson movie (yes, that's real!), Punch-Drunk Love, makes it on future polls. I think you guys are gonna get a kick out of seeing another side to Adam Sandler just being a brilliant actor in that. Maybe even Uncut Gems some time down the line.
For another great movie with Adam Sandler, check out PTA's Punch Drunk Love. It's very different but great! Also, have you guys done Chris Farley movies yet? Tommy Boy, Black Sheep, Beverly Hills Ninja are all great comedies.
I love this film and Happy Gilmore equally, it’s hard to pick one! Both make a great Sandler double feature. And both are responsible for his production company name, Happy Madison. (Happy from Happy Gilmore and Madison from Billy Madison)
In the dodgeball scene, Adam Sandler was really hitting those kids as hard as he could, which surprised the child actors and their parents. Some parents were upset and Sandler pointed to the script and explained the joke was that he's a full-grown man hurting six-year olds playing dodgeball. The quick cuts in the scene are to avoid showing the children crying, rather than to fake hitting them.
Check out Adams two serious movies, he does a great job in both! 1. SPANGLISH 2. REIGN OVER ME (suffering from aftermath of September 11th) He does so good!!

I just recently saw an Adam Sandler movie that I didn't know about it is the 2015 movie The Cobbler. I think you guys should give that one a watch it is definitely a very different movie than the comedies. Its more of a serious but also very strange type of movie.
Fun Fact: The actress Bridgette Wilson made a comeback to Mortal Kombat (which she portrayed Sonya Blade in the movie) as a DLC Character in Mortal Kombat 11. Also if I’m not mistaken, she’s married to famous tennis star Pete Sampras, who looks a lot like Ed Boon, the creator of Mortal Kombat. LOL
This movie is pretty nuts. But, it’s the one that reminds me the most of classic SNL Sandler and his comedy albums from the 90s. There are definitely hints of that stuff with the lunch lady and whatnot. I can’t have this in the normal rotation cause it’s too silly. But watching it every 4-5 years keeps those high school memories alive for me. Great reaction guys!

I dunno “consider me Miles Davis”.
You guys gotta see Dirty Work with Norm Macdonald, he was one of Billy's friends in the movie but he was a comic genius, Dirty Work is great

He plays a great villain again in Get Out
He's outstanding in The West Wing. a master of the trademark Aaron Sorkin ping-pong dialogue
