I love this movie. A lot of people don't, but the reason I love this movie is because you can see how the actors were just having fun. Took a vacation together, shot a movie and improvised a lot of it.
One of my favourite Adam Sandler movies. Like you said, his movie's have alot of heart and full of humour. Grown Ups 2 is also worth watching. Buscemi killed it in this movie, his comedy timing is spot on!!!
Not sure if anyone mentioned it, but fun fact: Kevin James' was originally written for Chris Farley before he passed away. Even though I think Kevin James is great, I always imagine how great it would've been to have Chris in this
I like this movie for 2 main reasons: 1) the actors just look like they're having fun, and it's fun to watch that, and 2) all the parents seem to know that every ounce of the things they don't like in their children (Lenny's kids being spoiled, Eric's kids being coddled, and Kurt's kids' lack of respect for him) were due to the situations they themselves created. I think of this movie every time I hear people my parents' age complaining about "kids these days" being soft and sensitive, always with a negative connotation. I don't know why anyone would want jaded, insensitive children. Anyhow, we didn't raise ourselves; the generations complaining are the ones at fault.
This is the kind of fun all of us would have with a group of friends that we've been friends with forever, only if we were famous comedians and could afford to make a movie. In short, this movie is just fun and enjoyable and like most Adam Sandler movies (most) it's rewatchable and easy to laugh along with. (Grown Ups 2 is also just as fun.)
Hey guys...Just wanna say that you have become my favorite movie reaction channel. Really appreciate all your work and commitment that you have with your content! Keep rockin'. Greetings from Brazil
I worked with Steve Buscemi once on "Armegeddon". I was his body double for the asteroid scenes. We only had a little interaction between scenes but he was very easygoing and kind. I also worked with Rob Schneider on "Demolition Man" and he was cool too.
I love that movie the humor feels so natural not forced or over the top, that you could imagine that those things could actually happened somewhere what made it just more funny.
Man it makes me think you two wish you had that kind of summertime with your friends and family and believe me you guys be having a great time with them just like in this movie
We had it once before, a trip with all our friends and it was the best thing ever; it does get harder to do that stuff as we get older with our own lives going on. Hoping maybe we can do it again, at least once more!
Honestly, I ended up really loving Rob Schneider's performance here. It might be my favorite that I've seen of him. It's a surprisingly deep role and in the end I found his relationship with the old lady to be really sweet 😂
HEARDS UP GUYS,,, THE YEARS NEVER STOP GOING BY FASTER, IN INCRESES AS YOU GET OLDER! IM 54 NOW AND DONT KNOW WHERE IT WENT. I STILL THINK IM 25 OR 30 MOST OF THE TIME, UNTIL I LOOK IN A MIRROR! SO LIVE IT UP WHILE YOUR YOUNG!!!!
I just realised this movie has a little Cameron Boyce, it’s so strange seeing his beautiful little face again. It feels like he passed just yesterday. R.I.P Cameron 💚
was and is not always shown on German television....Adam Sandler is one of the few who didn't let himself be lulled by Hollywood... A retro classic and you were completely out of the cottage ... beautiful to see it. *he are really cool twins! 😊😊
The Lamensoff character was 100% written with Chris Farley in mind. Nothing will ever convince me otherwise. Shame he couldn't be around for this SNL reunion. Also, Adam Sandler really is quite good at basketball. He plays on set a lot...pickup games with the crew.
These guys watching a movie makes me laugh so hard. Cool fact, my husband is blind and obviously can just listen to it and he finds the twins hilarious even without the visual of them. Honestly, they should recommend this to people with depression. You cannot help but laugh.
This is pure Adam Sandler as a director/friend/producer and I love it. It's literally just him and his Hollywood buddies doing dumb shit and it's fantastic. Shame the 2nd one didn't feel as 'real'.
As a Canadian I find that guy speaking Canadian in a weird way had me LMFAO 😂🤣 we Canadians don't normally speak like that other than saying eh! But still it's funny as hell!! I reconmend watching the sequel in the near future eh. And besides I have a cousin who lives in Saskatchtoon lol 🤣
Another great movie. Did you guys notice Adam Sandler movies are always cast with comedians supporting him in many of his other movie roles. I think that's good, because they are funny and the chemistry are great. I loved Waterboy, 50 First Dates. There are many others.
Ahhhhh, God bless America! You’re gonna die watching this. How cool must it be to make a movie with your best buddies basically just hanging out. So awesome. Adam Sandler is apparently a really good ball player and shows up at public courts for pick up games with strangers. At least, that’s the story I’ve heard. PLEASE check out, The Man Who Knew too Little staring the one and only Bill Murray. It’s criminally underrated and an absolute riot. His character has no idea and it’s awesome.
People don't give Adam Sandler movies enough credit. His movies have heart, some of them have deep story, like Click, and they're a BLAST to watch. Some critics just don't understand that movies don't have to be some incredible well written masterpieces that change the face of cinema. It defeats the purpose of movies.
guys are amazing you laugh the same, make the same gestures they move the same twin brothers reacting to this cool comedy is the most I loved your reaction!!
David spade killed it in this movie. My favorite part has gotta be the “where’s it taking them daddy (to the buzzer)?” “To hell” “don’t say that” “not hell… Mexico”
I hope y'all get to take that trip someday soon ❤ my boyfriend recently made an agreement with his friends that they would all get together once a year even if it's for just a few hours ❤ their first get together was March....they loved it. Make it happen boys 😉
i honestly LOVE both the grown up films...the dynamic of the five friends and their kids is particularly interesting to me: Adam Sandler's kids: those two boys to be fair suffer from what's called "entitled childhood" if you are raised in a certain way you don't appreciate the better and simpler things in life...but hey even i like gelato. Chris Rock's kids: they are fairly decent, but they clearly show favouritism to one parent...which is ok so long as it doesn't become toxic. Kevin James' kids (the big guy): it's fairly clear there is a lack of discipline and control there...any normal parent would know when to draw the line on breast feeding. as for the other two, Rob and David...well one is sleeping with a lot of girls which makes him kind of sketchy and one has a track record for sleeping with older women...so yeah...
Man I wish Chris Farley was still alive. Could you imagine him in this, mall cop, and I now pronounce you chuck and Larry? It would have made the movies 1000 times funnier
Easily one of his best films. The 2nd one is good too. Not as good as this one but still funny as hell. Lotta new cameos. Much love from Philly guys. Love the channel🤘🏻🙏🏻
Adam Sandler movies are a guilty pleasure of mine, but these guys enjoying them makes it so much better! You guys HAVE to watch his movie Anger Management. I think you guys would get a kick out of it
I think you would like The hunt for wilderpeople, tbh, it's really funny and it has Sam Neill, dr grant from jurassic park, it's written and directed by Taika Waititi.
STILL LOVING your channel guys, gets better all the time, you guys again have to do Buttferfly Effect, and thanks for doing my kickboxer suggestion that was so awesome, keep doing you boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this movie. A lot of people don't, but the reason I love this movie is because you can see how the actors were just having fun. Took a vacation together, shot a movie and improvised a lot of it.
yeah to me this is one of the better adam sandler movies it just feels relatable but still wacky
I was going to say something similar. We they’re all good friends. I think most of this was improvised.
Same, I can understand why some people don't like it but I think its comical
Right, a movie is a movie and it doesn’t have to be perfect just fun 😂
I can't remember if I watched the first one, but I saw the second one, but I definitely like both movies
Man, seeing Cameron Boyce is so wholesome yet so sad, rest in peace buddy 😢
Sad he past I got to meet him in LA such a nice kid
So sad, he was like only 20 when he passed.
I love how Adam Sandler always keeps his friends working.
One of my favourite Adam Sandler movies.
Like you said, his movie's have alot of heart and full of humour.
Grown Ups 2 is also worth watching.
Buscemi killed it in this movie, his comedy timing is spot on!!!
IM AN ANIMAAAAL!!!
@@RubiiMoon "God I hate white people"- Steve Buscemi Grown Ups 2 (2014)
This is probably the hardest Chris and Curtis have ever laughed.
Right? My husband walked by and said "those guys laugh really loud" LOL.
@@RedRoseSeptember22 Soo funny lol. You have to watch their Austin Powers Goldmember reaction. They had me in tears 😂
Idk I reckon the hardest they've laughed was when they watched borat ☠️ love you Chris and curtis
Hey what's up LADIES?? lmao!!
Everything was on steroids except for his voice!! 😂
That voice may not match the body, but damn if it isn't funny to hear
YOU EVER BEEN TO SASKATCHETOON?!?! That's up in Cyanada eh?!?!? 🤣
(I only make fun, because I am a maple syrup chugging, Canadian dude lol.)

That doesn’t make any sense

Rest in peace to Cameron Boyce, who played Adam Sandler's youngest aon Keith. He passed away in 2019 after having a seizure in his sleep
It’s already been 5 years?! Damn
just the delivery of "go down there hangin by ya feet" gets me everytime 🤣🤣🤣
Love this channel mainly because of Chris's laugh. It makes my day.
I'm glad my dumb laughter makes your day 😁
Oh my God grown-ups was one of my favorite movies with Adam Sandler and the guys! The sequel is even more hilarious! I recommend watching that next.
"95% of that's gotta be from the mother, and I am lowballing."

Every movie it's just Adam and his boys having a good time. Man I love that guy and all his work.
Chris and Curtis are my fav reaction twins idc idc idc 😩❤
How many reaction twins do you watch? ;)

Now you need to see part 2; it's just as good or better.
R.I.P to Cameron Boyce 🕊️🕊️🕊️💓💓🕊️🕊️🕊️💓💓
This and Grown Ups 2 are a perfect set of movies. And yes, Buscemi and most of the same cast return in the sequel... with a few brilliant additions.

Adam Sandler said that he was, the 1st draft of the movie was written while he was still alive & it sat on the shelf for a decade.

I like how Rob didnt roast David spade's character when he was trying to warn his daughter about his shenanigans.
He just said, "Hes a genius!" 🤣🤣
Love this movie, love it even more when you guys laugh with it 😂😂😂
Steve Buscemi use to be a NY volunteer firefighter. On 9/11, he immediately rushed to join the rescue efforts of the NYFD.
Adam Sandler wrote and was set to release this movie in the mid 1990s, with Chris Farley in the Kevin James role.

Fun fact- at 2:19 the referee was played the by the director of a lot of Adam Sandler’s movies.
