The fact that Seth was suposedly supposed to be on one of the planes on 9/11 but he over slept and missed the flight is crazy and adds to the humor when he jokes about it. Which he's referenced a couple times in family guy.
Makes you wonder if Seth collaborating with Marky Mark was planned in advance, since the latter cheated death on the same day and was supposed to be on the exact same flight.

I couldn't tell you the amount of people who came in with their entire family to see Ted when I worked at the theatre. I would inform them this ain't for kids but they went anyway and 20 minutes later I watch them walk out🤣🤣

This was one of the many times I didn't understand movie goers. I remember every single advertisement about Ted and Ted 2. They always clearly stated, these films were not only rated R but "From the creator of Family Guy!" So, once again, people don't know how to pay attention to things..
I really, really hope you laughed in their faces on the way out. Or at least cracked a smug grin. I would've said "you didn't enjoy it??" with a look of fake shock. That would never get old.🤣

This movie breaks so many rules with its comedy and that's why it works so well. If a person's sides don't hurt by the time this is over, that's on them.
What rules are being broken? As a side note, I don't really believe in "comedy rules". I think people can make anything funny, regardless of rules.

The creepy dad is a reference to a stalker the music artist Tiffany had. (The song he was creepy-dancing to was her). There’s actually a documentary about it that’s unnerving, to say the least.

Dude, the father of Tubby McFuck Face, Giovanni Ribisi, is an awesome actor! He can play so many different characters and puts in 100%!
The thing I love about this movie, among so many things, is all the Family Guy cast in it...his mom at the beginning is played by Alex Borstein (Lois), his buddy at the rental place and Ryan Reynolds' lover is Patrick Warburton (Joe) and, of course, Lori is Mila Kunis (Meg).
No Seth Green though :(

This is a solid film. I didn't wanna watch it for the longest time then I loved it.
I love Ted. Such a great movie. Plus a lot of the locations such as the grocery store, Ted's apartment and the Villains house are minutes from my house. Fun fact a lot of the locations from the Equalizer movie have also been shot minutes from my house. Its cool to see a lot of the locations that are close to my house are being shown on the big screen.
I showed this to my nephew babysitting him. It was worth it. My brother and sister in law never suspected a thing 😂.
