Thank you. Just wondering with your extensive medical knowledge of what is really happening in the body, what kind of dietary structure do you personally live by?
Thanks , cholesterol was a headache, now it’s digestible , thanks 🙏😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️I’m gonna rite all this , where ever I find the word cholesterol in my exam 😂
People are so quick to throw Arnold under the bus but don’t know anything about nutrition. A decent amount of fat is needed to produce cholesterol which in turn produces growth hormones which are essential to staying healthy and building muscle. At least for natural bodybuilders that don’t inject hormones exogenously.

If cholesterol production has a negative feedback loop, then why does excess cholesterol get deposited on artery walls?
I think it’s got something to do with the lipoprotein complexes that carry cholesterol than cholesterol itself
@@Notyourdad90exactly. Those lipoproteins specially LDL ones deposited there during inflammation process and leads to atherosclerosis.
can you make video for Lipoprotein metabolism pls
Wow... !!!!!Dude u make it cool 😇

3 hours of college vs 10 min video
And definitely video is more helpful
This was interesting and another good video, but the number of times Isopentenylpyrophosphate is mentioned is too damn high !
Hard to believe all this happened by chance over long periods of time.
Is this reaction reversible (i.e can cholesterol be metabolized back to acetyl coa)?
Not by humans, besides the side chain
