So 14hr cook on a brisket. Start at 7:30am end at 9:30pm. Then let them rest for how many hrs? When will the serving time be for those?
I would love to learn how to make the brisket. Do you all share your recipes and cooking tips? I know I would not be able to match yours, but I sure would love to play around with it.

That had to have been a typo. No way they cook briskets the night before and serve it next day
When their brisket is smoked overnight and pulled off in the morning. How do you keep them warm before serving was what I was meaning to ask. Most likely answer would be a cambro.

I hate BBQ places that have shit hours . I'm in Central texas and some places have the most made up random hours of operation. We need more late night Bbq joints open
