you probably dont care but does anyone know a trick to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost my login password. I would love any tips you can give me.
@Chance Parker Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
u must take his weight into consideration because there is no hils "only" wind so lighter guys will not survive in these kind of races .... maybe Jesper can do video about power vs aerodynamic drag ratio
Incredible effort in those winds Jasper, I cant believe the pulled your group out of the race, if they were that concerned for safety then why didn't they end the race early & award the first 30 riders at that stage of the race, madness.
Super strong performance from you! Based on your performance data, we can all see how difficult such a race is. 50 to 60 kph all the time is absolutely crazy! 💪
heerlijk dagje dit heb toen zelf ook ff 40km in volle tegenwind gereden kwam gemiddeld net boven de 20 km/per uur uit was zwaar maar de moeite waard :P wederom bedankt voor je tijd om deze vids te maken jasper
Haha great entertainment. I think I said it before at another video but this is really like a thriller and your way of commenting the race is super, like it a lot:-)
Hey Jasper I love to watch your racing videos(specifically)looking forward to meet you in person and race together,do keep uploading such videos, glad to find your channel
Great effort, you can sense the disappointment in your voice. Too bad you didn't realize you were dropping to far behind, perhaps your group could have closed the gap?
Hey Jasper, maybe the binoculars are for you to see the leaders when you get dropped eh? Hehe, sorry buddy, really just joking...😂. Great effort my friend, in very bad conditions. Shame to get pulled out, I guess it was for you guys' own safety, it looked pretty wild! Let us know what you think about the Bolt. I have one and I think it's great, I use it on both my mountain and gravel bike and find it very easy to use. All the best and continued success to you for 2018 buddy, Tim
Loved the coverage of the race ;) pity they pulled you out considering you had a chance of a prize in the first 30. Guess they pulled most of the front riders too if only 9 finished ?
What is your opinion about fasting for cyclists? By the way, I'm thinking about skipping breakfast in the morning, but starting to eat at ~11:00-12:00 o'clock and training at ~15:00-16:00 o'clock, it would not be fasting, right?
Well done jasper the effort at the beginning was awesome. Hey at least it was great training for you. If you’re ever in Prague give us a shout out and we’ll go for a ride and maybe a couple of 🍻
2 things: First: The Oklay glas looked far better in my mind. Second: Crazy how your able to get such a high heart rate over this long time...190 no problem, but for only 30-60 seconds - your average heart rate round about 175 - 180 holy shit i cant belive it.
In the Netherlands there is a rule that you need to be within 5 minutes from the front of the race. This is because the police is shutting down public roads to facilitate the race. They open the roads 5 minutes after the front of the race and it is not safe to allow people to keep racing on open public roads. If anybody is to blame it is the teams not informing the riders that they are going to be taken out by the 5 minute rule. At least that is what I understand from Jasper's comment at the end.
try riding a 'neutral' start in The Netherlands one day. Starting the race at the front is not easy. I started many races right after the leading car and after 5km of 'neutral' start was right at the back as other riders jumped on the sidewalk, rode over roundabouts and pushed their way to the front.
these race vlogs are great, well done in the race looked super hard

@Lawrence Juan Happy to help :D
I switched from a Garmin 520 to the Wahoo Bolt and this thing is just so perfect! Super simple, super solid and just so easy to use! Goodbye Garmin!
"i was still really tired" *watches you push over 500w anyway* :D awsome! :) Great video. thanks for sharing

yes please !
Incredible effort in those winds Jasper, I cant believe the pulled your group out of the race, if they were that concerned for safety then why didn't they end the race early & award the first 30 riders at that stage of the race, madness.
You gotta be tough to race in those conditions! Kudos to you and great video!
Amazing video and recap again Jasper. ''All we are is dust in a wind'' (in Holland especially)... ;]
Super strong performance from you! Based on your performance data, we can all see how difficult such a race is. 50 to 60 kph all the time is absolutely crazy! 💪

Nice and thanks for the video. Did you try the Wahoo? It is so easy to set up compare to Garmin takes only 2 min. I was amazed for my first ride!
Great effort, you can sense the disappointment in your voice. Too bad you didn't realize you were dropping to far behind, perhaps your group could have closed the gap?

great vid, Wahoo kicks Garmin's arse!
Yeah, I've visited the Dutch Alps a few times myself.
Racing in the nl sucks big time man!! Way too much wind most of the time. About time to get a continental cycling team man!! Ride on!
Dude, love the race vids! Keep 'em coming. You'll like the wahoo... so easy to set up and pair... never fails... unlike the big g.
Why have you got tape on the top of the garmin
What happend to your giro synthe, i liked that one more
Loved the coverage of the race ;) pity they pulled you out considering you had a chance of a prize in the first 30. Guess they pulled most of the front riders too if only 9 finished ?
I think this could also be called "group hour record training". Great masterclass on bridging the gap btw.
Love the videos bro🏁🏁🙌🎉
Mad efforts Jasper! What was the police directive, that made them pull you from the race?
Great video, but what's the reason the cops pulled you over?
We were too far from
The leaders in the race (4 min)
i am 16. 51kg, 176 cm and an ftp of 4.9w/kg. what should i do to increase my aerobic strenght. love your video
Just enjoyy cycling... ;]
Hi, love your content. You have mentioned that you are going to do a video about intermittent fasting. When it is coming out or I have missed it?
What is your opinion about fasting for cyclists? By the way, I'm thinking about skipping breakfast in the morning, but starting to eat at ~11:00-12:00 o'clock and training at ~15:00-16:00 o'clock, it would not be fasting, right?
amazing stuff...thanks
Try your best to get some much deserved and needed rest. Slow things down a little. Others have commented on it as well. Awesome job.
Well done jasper the effort at the beginning was awesome. Hey at least it was great training for you. If you’re ever in Prague give us a shout out and we’ll go for a ride and maybe a couple of 🍻
What was the temperature for this race?

Hey Jasper great video. I want to start recording race footage too like you. What camera and battery do you use on your bike to record race footage?

ok, so you are doing 400 watt all the time, and still have energy to turn on and off your camera? Thats crazy man!
over 50 km/h, that's insane.
What happened??
For me... to maintain 150watt is like living in the hell.
Nieuwe helm Jappie?
Wait! why did they police end the race??
Awesome !
Beast Mode homie...!!!!!
Why did the police pull you over? Were you speeding?

great effort with that other guy.. that wind was crazy..
Wow, you are crazy man :)
Nice video👍
Showing it how it really is - a hard graft. Can your sponsors donate some trees to plant along the side of roads? It looks very open over there.
u have to start in 1st half of the banch .....
he knows that
