Well done, Jasper! Pacing strategy was very interesting and logical. I love cyclists, who are doing maths also)) Did you keep FTP recalculation in mind, when riding other stage's climbs?

Second both of these comments above for the algorithm. Also, I noticed and read so many of your replies today. I appreciate especially the sentence/short phrase responses. It's gotta be so time-consuming but I think we all appreciate it 🎉
Wow - making up time at 9% average grade. Not what I expected today. Best of luck tomorrow.

I saw it the double bicep pose you were at a much bigger size, I know that does not help for cycling up tye mountains. Did you previously eat more, do more weight lifting and cycle less? How did your diet and training change? Amazing footage, really loving this series!

I did +- 20 years bmx racing. Last years on high level so lots of strength training in gym. I was 89kg at my heaviest lifting and squatting 200kg, since 2018 i focussed on endurance and lost a few kg but still remains a “big” guy for a road cyclist.
