Arely is a biologist who has dedicated her life in the care of turtles. She has more than 15 years in this labor, some times she has to search a way to mantain de camp. She works in other jobs, saving money and after she turnback to the camp to work for the tourtles, is one of the most experimented caretakes of sea turtles, and one of the most pasionates in Mexico. I was camping alone on a remote beach in Jalisco called named Chalacatepec once, when, in the middle of the night, several ATVs rolled up over the dunes toward my truck. I woke up terrified and burst out of the camper shell, ready for the fight of my life, thinking I was being robbed or kidnapped. Turns out they were marine biology students from the Universidad de Guadalajara who were releasing baby sea turtles into the ocean under the full moon. The baby turtles follow the light so they waited until the moon was over the ocean to let them loose. We all had a laugh...at me.
So based on your experience and not what the media told u about México being unsafe, would you say it's accurate? Consider in your answer the 11 mass shootings just this past weekend where supposedly it's safe.
This is why coastal development in turtle nesting areas is so problematic. The artificial lights at night draw the hatchlings inland towards death rather than the ocean. As an oceanographer, I really enjoyed this footage and admire the dedication of those volunteers.

I just loved how Noraly took time from her travels to show and educate those of us that don't know about the difficulties these baby turtles face from hatching to returning to lay eggs. 1 in 1000 may survive...wow! November 24. Noraly, I watched this video once more after you told us at the end of your journey that the team of Mariano is doing well. I am so glad. In your video's always something special happens. Here it is the turtles, the seals in Namibia, the Maya temples, ROGER, exploding your pantyhose, the ralley in SA, the Haida Gwai, falling off and almost breaking your foot, shenanigans with a train operator 😀 , the broken clutch in Iran, vodka party in Armenia, shelter for the cold at 4000 m altitude in Kyrgyzstan. I am so impressed by your research skills, you must spend hours reading up on what is coming up for where you are going. The knowledge you impart in your videos makes them so much more than just a travel vlog. This one is particularly good, as a destructive species it is truly the work of whatever lord you believe in to do the kind of work Jimena and Mauricio are involved in. Imagine a century from now, long after we have all had our time, they will be responsible for at least one of the Turtles that still exist (if we haven't managed to end all life on earth by then). Now that's a legacy, ensuring the continuing survival of a species.

Having watched every episode of every series I think this is the best so far. I've forgotten about the ride - it's Noraly's destinations that make her channel so interesting. At 74 years old I can pretend to be riding alongside her and 'experience' the countries which I shall never actually visit. November 24. Noraly, I watched this video once more after you told us at the end of your journey that the team of Mariano is doing well. I am so glad. In your video's always something special happens. Here it is the turtles, the seals in Namibia, the Maya temples, ROGER, exploding your pantyhose, the ralley in SA, the Haida Gwai, falling off and almost breaking your foot, shenanigans with a train operator 😀 , the broken clutch in Iran, vodka party in Armenia, shelter for the cold at 4000 m altitude in Kyrgyzstan. And much more. You are the best, I really miss it, hope your boots start itching soon.

Those little turtle's more than qualify for a donation from myself, all the struggle's they have to overcome in their lives. Yes, aware of previous documentaries, even from the celebrated BBC productions, that highlight the turtle issue, this episode of your travels though has to be the most connected. The interaction of Mariano and Ximena with yourself Noraly has put this whole topic into a reality that many more productions will never achieve.

I am so impressed by your research skills, you must spend hours reading up on what is coming up for where you are going. The knowledge you impart in your videos makes them so much more than just a travel vlog.
This one is particularly good, as a destructive species it is truly the work of whatever lord you believe in to do the kind of work Jimena and Mauricio are involved in. Imagine a century from now, long after we have all had our time, they will be responsible for at least one of the Turtles that still exist (if we haven't managed to end all life on earth by then). Now that's a legacy, ensuring the continuing survival of a species.
You tell a great story and the filming is great too. I am a motorcyclists from 12 yrs. Old and I am 66 year old man. Love you and be safe.

Having watched every episode of every series I think this is the best so far. I've forgotten about the ride - it's Noraly's destinations that make her channel so interesting. At 74 years old I can pretend to be riding alongside her and 'experience' the countries which I shall never actually visit. I am content to ride my GS to France/Spain etc and leave Noraly to do the hard work! KEEP GOING!

Luckily released turtles from a sanctuary in Sri Lanka I can't put into words the feeling of the experience but know that donating to organisations that carry out this work is essential
