It’s all about portion control. I have cut out junk. Daily exercise or 10k steps. More protein in diet. I lost 14lbs in 2 months. Ever since I started calorie counting I am actually eating MORE because I am eating 80% healthy foods. Only junk in my diet is homemade pizza once a week. Edit- Lost 26lbs total From Feb 19,2023-July19,2023. Gained muscle also. Edit2 - Feb 19, 2023- October 18, 2023 - went from 172lbs to 138lbs. Edit 3 - As of Feb 2024, I am at 130lbs :) stay consistent y’all!!
Hey I have been doing intermittent fasting for months along with home workout and 30 mins walk but i haven't even lost 1 kg coz i couldn't cut off junk. I really try to eat healthy but just cannot control my cravings, i eat something unhealthy every alternate day. How do i control my cravings and how often can i eat a little bit junk?
@@aditidwivedi6719 to be honest, the only way I was able to cut out the junk was by not bringing it in the house. Try to find alternatives. For instance, I cannot live without chocolate. So 1-2x a week, I eat dark chocolate covered almonds (6 pieces only). This is much better than eating a whole chocolate bar (which I used to do weekly). Also, chips are my weakness. So I just don’t buy them at all. I have 0 self control with chips. What I do is buy an indian snack mix. Get one cup of it and mix it with pico de gallo to satisfy those chips cravings. If you eat 3 proper, fulfilling meals and stay away from the kitchen, you will not have those cravings. I eat in the kitchen and then stay in my room until next meal. I noticed I ate a lot when I sat in the living room near kitchen. Not anymore. Also, it’s ok to treat yourself once a week but keep control of your portion. I literally bought those measuring cups to make sure I could see how much I was eating. What I thought was one cup was actually 1/3 cup so I was eating more because of the true measurements. Also, eat carbs but not too much. I eat pasta once a month. When I do, I always have a plate full of salad with it. Eat more salad honestly. Less calories, more filling, and you eat less carbs this way.

@@aditidwivedi6719 read the nutritional info of whatever you want to eat and then decide if you want to consume those calories. When you calorie count, it’s still ok to go a little over sometimes but make sure these calories are healthy calories. Most of the “healthy” snacks can end up being 400 calories of emptiness. I have opted for protein bars as snack. Protein bars with less than 1g sugar. Sugar is your main culprit. Make healthier snacks. Many times if I want a snack, I will eat apple slices with peanut butter. Or make a smoothie. Or 10 assorted nuts. Or fruit. Or like I said indian snack mix (1cup no more) mixed with little chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers, and lemon (delicious). My salad is always double the carbs. I don’t know if there is any problem with mouth freshener gum or goli unless you’re eating one box a day. Sugar free gum helps. Also, you don’t have to be super strict. You just have to cut out the junk. You can still enjoy food.
I've lost exactly 3 kgs in one month 😊 and 8 kgs total in 4 months. Yoga and balanced diet. Intermittent only started in November. Going to continue for the next 4 months 🎉 from 86.6 to 78.6 🎉😊 18 more kgs to lose. Update : I got a fractured leg and had ligament damage. So I had to pause my weightloss journey a few months ago. I again gained a few more kgs and weight was like 83.5 kgs. But I got recovered recently and got back into the routine a month ago. Trust me, leading a healthy lifestyle with good food and good exercise is the best thing that can ever happen to you. I've been avoiding ultra processed foods, Deep fried foods, Jung foods for over a year now. This is not a sustainable diet. This can cause EDs. Once she starts eating normally she's at the risk of gaining more weight than before. So try to add more veggies, protein and greens to your diet and do your favourite physical activity. Stay active. Don't eliminate junk foods just try to eat them a lil bit every now and then. Coz if you restrict, you are going to binge. Be mindful of that. Also learn how to face your problems instead of depending up on food to make you feel better.
Junk food is junk, it belongs to the trash can , shouldnt be normalised at all as they contain reused cooking oil which has severe side effects (FSSAI Study) and they have other banned substances like monosodium glutamate for getting people addicted. People who prepare these have no regard for your long term health ( includes healthy organs, not just lean body ) and rahi baat binge eat ki toh if you hate it enough, youll throw it into the dustbin before having it. Also mostly the weight which is lost or gained pretty fast is water weight depending on how much carbs and sodium one consumes and also the amount of sweating from cardio. Thats why body fat percentage is used instead of body weight bs among serious athletes.

Don't be over hydrated..drink water only as per your body requirements
I do one hour of gymming, 3-4km walk and I spend most of my day standing( I prefer to stand and work). I think 4L works for me.

Lunch -daal rice sabzi .salad
Snack - roasted peanuts .chai biscuit ,seasonal fruit
Dinner - I loved puffed rice bhelpuri .....agr puffed rice nhi pasand h to 1 roti sabzi salad kha sakte nd I also eat nonveg food ...nd fasting window drink hot water . after lunch nd dinner .. Do .40 min brisk walk .10 min workout 🥰 u get great result dear...nd apki body p depend karta h zyada bhi lose kr sakte h kam bhi ok dear..👍

U know vt matters d most is...apart frm regulating ur meals..it's more about..vt do u do throughout the day...like for ur livelihood etc...how busy or free u r accordingly u need energy as well

66kg to 55kg here 😊 all I did was drink a lot of water, eat very less (900 calories a day max) and with a little or no protein 😅

Intermittent fasting isn’t always about eating all healthy food. You could eat McDonald’s all three meals a day and still lose weight, just not as quickly. It’s about exercise and water intake. Cut out all soda and only drink water or flavored waters. Exercise 1-2 hours a day or walk 10,000 steps (5 miles) a day.

This is not a sustainable diet. This can cause EDs. Once she starts eating normally she's at the risk of gaining more weight than before. So try to add more veggies, protein and greens to your diet and do your favourite physical activity. Stay active. Don't eliminate junk foods just try to eat them a lil bit every now and then. Coz if you restrict, you are going to binge. Be mindful of that. Also learn how to face your problems instead of depending up on food to make you feel better.
Junk food is junk, it belongs to the trash can , shouldnt be normalised at all as they contain reused cooking oil which has severe side effects (FSSAI Study) and they have other banned substances like monosodium glutamate for getting people addicted. People who prepare these have no regard for your long term health ( includes healthy organs, not just lean body ) and rahi baat binge eat ki toh if you hate it enough, youll throw it into the dustbin before having it. Also mostly the weight which is lost or gained pretty fast is water weight depending on how much carbs and sodium one consumes and also the amount of sweating from cardio. Thats why body fat percentage is used instead of body weight bs among serious athletes.
It's 100 % sustainable ..only have to manage daily calories Intake after loosing the weight.. don't demotivate or confuse others who want to do that

If you're working out throughout the process, you won't have loose skin. The skin is flexible which means it can contract according to the workout regime.

It’s all your personal choice. The rule is to fast 16 hours. Starving and reducing weight doesn’t makes the process fun. I do it the healthy way and lost 35 kgs now.

I'm as well losing weight from 90 to 50 kg and here are some tips to avoid loose skin
1) lose the weight in a long healthy sustainable way
2) dry brushing
3) eat lots of collagen
4) build muscle to fill in the fat that you are going to lose

Breakdown of weight will be low as compare to early stage ,,, so .. if u want to be consistent about your weight loss u should do workout also with this diet plan and also u can add some seasonal fruits In ur diet except mangos and bananas...
