Rachel. I'm definitely gonna make these for Super Bowl. We've always loved jalepeno poppers. I garden and do lots of canning with peppers. I use a tomato corer to hollow out the peppers. Makes quick work. Anyway I really enjoy your down to earth personality and your unique ability to explain your recipes so well as you prepare them. Thanks!

I love those armadillo eggs. I grill my jalapeños first then stuff them. I don’t care for raw jalapeños. I also use Italian sausage to wrap mine. I have tried it your way too, both are so delicious. When weather permit. I cook them on the grill .
