First corn died, but 2nd is doing great!

My first try at corn was not successful so I tilled up another section and amended it quite a bit. I was able to add compost and bloodmeal which really seem to help give these corn a kickstart. As many of you might know the soil I am growing in is quite horrible. I tried telling up a small section of my backyard to plant some veggies and it didn’t seem to work very well. So now I’m on the journey of trying to, amend the sections. I’ve been watching a lot of videos on no till type of gardening which I think is going to end up working great for my area however it’s gonna take me a couple years to get my soil up to par. I am pretty excited about this new section and growing corn. However, I do know that that bed is not quite as good as it should be. But every year it’s going to get better as long as I pay attention to the soil health.
