Got to know about lead-off platform in Feb 2022 itself.. It's an amazing ...earlier before even I used to face problem of paying huge money for buying unlisted shares but lead-off has solved this
Just a reminder that you cannot immediately sell your unlisted share once it gets listed since there's a lock in period for about 6 months best way to exit the share is probably to sell it during its pre ipo process since during that time the gray market gets hot and share starts rising before its listing

Is there any income tax regulation that you need to mandatorily file IT return mentioning that you are invested in unlisted stocks even if you have not generated any income or you are not falling into any taxable income slab.

Amazing video. But I have the following queries. It would be great if you reply:-
1. Will the shareholders of the unlisted company get dividends?
2. How many shares will be allowed to shareholders of the unlisted company at the time of IPO listing? Will he get 1 for 1 or will there be also any different calculation?
3. Any example of when the value of the IPO went below the price of unlisted shares after listing IPO?
This was the real question which she left answered..rest all comments r just passtime
1. Yes, they will get dividends if the company decides to share profits (NSE)
2. No shares will be allotted share holders during IPO unless there is bonus issue of shares.
3. it depends mostly on the time of buying. Ex. Paytm investors who bought few weeks before IPO were lost money.
Hope I cleared your doubts.

Reliance retail in unlisted market have valuation more than 13 lakh cr and they are saying if it get listed it will get a valuation around 8lakh cr..its not wise to invest in those unlisted stocks whose ipo is coming soon...better to invest which will get listed atleast after 3/4 years

Amul is a co-op society and not a company , whereas Parle is listed and trades around ₹10
