If you select prominent companies, there is negligible risk.... Banks are also risky, mf, stocks... all are risky... Keeping money as cash is also risky ..it can be stolen...

I am a active investor on tradecred and liquidity of money could be a problem. When you want to pull out money before maturity from a invoice which you have bought the money can take anywhere between 7-15 days to credit in your account it also depends on if they are able to get some other investor invest in the same deal only then your money will be paid out. No doubt interest rates are good but dont park your emergency funds here. Earlier the traffic on the platform was good and liquidity was high and fast but slowly it has reduced.
I called them to register as Individual Financier... They denied by saying that only Banks and NBFSc can be register only. And as per your video, anyone can register. Kindly make it clear. How can I register as Individual Financier..?

What if the said days pass away and our payment is not made. Is then the interest % given on how many more days it take to do the repayment or it will give only how much said days they have told. For eg - 1L investment for 90days Interest - 10% So the amount payable is 1.10L But if it take 120days so will they pay according to 120days or 90days. That's my question.

I saw this in tradecred FAQ : What is the Tax treatment? 10% TDS will be deducted and the will reflect in Form 26 AS. Even if you don’t fall under tax liability, 15H certificate will be attached, the investors can sign that and no tax deductions will be made.
But why those people would raise money from Individuals when Bank is there for the invoice discounting? Also I understand that Banks are charging the minimum interest rate.

I have used tradecred. There are no charges for account opening and buying invoice discount deals. Because, the IRR interest rate which is mentioned on deals, is after the deduction of Tradecred charges. So, you get what you see as IRR completely

Hi rachana, most of limited companies were cheating or fooling bank with invoice discounting. Tecpro system limited went to bankruptcy by looting 5000 cores only with invoice discounting and so many loopholes. I strictly say to make regulation that discounting shall be done against pay cheque.

After watching this video, I opened tradecred account.. it says 11.55% returns in 95 days.. but it shows if i invest 1L returns after maturity is 1L 3k after all deductiona. so just 3% returns..
They show the annualised returns. 11.55 % is the Internal rate of return. So, if someone is investing of 95 days, then they'll get returns for that period only

As of my knowledge. We are making agreement with x company. If tradecred is close, the company x must be repay to us with in the time limit. Moreover the amount back to escrow account not to tradecred. Tradecred is an intermediate with us and company x.

Ya most of the bigger deals with name buyers are sold of to institutional investors because they have lower risk. But smaller business deal while slightly higher risk have better ROI as they have higher interest. But most of these deals are covered by insurance from big 3 so its a non zero sum game .😀

Actually Trade cred's interest is Max 11% but we can get 12% in 12% club and the interest is paid everyday and no lock-in period too

Invoice discounting is a method of financing used by small business to fullfill their working capital requirements
