If entire IPO is OFS, it gives a feeling that the company is trying to encash as it feels going forward market likely to be tough and does not want to commit but pass on risk to public.
We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. Although we previously perceived it as a crisis, we now acknowledge it as the new normal and must adapt accordingly. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2024, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $680,000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.
Keeping some gold is usually a wise decision. You would be better off keeping away from equities for a bit or, even better, seeking advice from an expert given the current market conditions and everything that is at risk with the current economy.
You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 9%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so I’ve been sticking to investing via an analyst

Firstly I don't understand how SEBI can allow IPO of a company which is going to take 100% of IPO money i.e 25K crore out of India to their parent company!!! Why should one invest in IPO where not a single penny is going to be spent to improve their Indian business or create assets. For me this is a kind of scam where the Govt is acting as a silent spectator!!

There should be some limits for promoters' greed...They should have left something on table for the investors too..No doubt this IPO is going to be a flop.. The interested investors would be able to buy the stock for below 1400/- on listing.. So stay away from the IPO, and protect your HARD-EARNED money👍
I was expecting you to present the special dividend distributed last fiscal year which dampened the reserves of company reason why ROE and ROCE are higher along with high price to book ratio currently compared to peers.
I think Compare the PE with Korea is not correct..reason in Korea inflation and interest rate might be less so market valued ..for them even 6 % return might be big..in India due to inflation we are expecting high returns so PE and valuation is high

Dear Mam , My name is Hemil. I have been using your swing trading strategy since past few months & I am getting good results. I am talking about the swing trading strategy that was taught on RUclips , which contains indicators like super trend & Pivot points standard. I had posted one doubt on the comment of the same youtube video. I had two doubts regarding the strategy - 1) If super Trend is green & price is in uptrend & price of the stock crosses R1 and closes above R2, & not R1. Should I enter at this point? Explain 2) I had entered a stock & applied the same swing trading strategy .I earned 2.49 % return on it but it has neither reached the target & nor the stop loss. I have hold this tock for 10 days. Should I wait for more days ?Till what number of days one can wait for this swing trading strategy ?

Retail investors note the following points as well.... GMP does not guarantee listing gains, many times it is manipulated.... 1. IPO is overvalued.... there is nothing for listing gains.....P/B ratio is very high as compare to peers... 2. Whole money will be taken by promoters as IPO is 100% OFS.. 3. At present Hyundai Motor India pays 3.5% royalty to the parent company, it can be increased by parent company in future (like Nestle) 4. Many Anchor Investors invest in such kind of IPO because of vested interests...... 5. Anchor lock-in period end date for 50% shares (30 Days), it means after 30 days there will be supply ........ 6.
