  • Today's workout brings together two of the worlds BEST things - a foam roller & the reformer! This class was highly requested by our Real Good Pilates community, and I'm so excited for you all to give it a try. It's an incredible blend of stretching & restorative movements, while challenging your core, full body strength & control like no other. This one has it all!
    ***Note: Any and all of the exercises shown can be performed without the foam roller. If you don't feel comfortable or secure in a given position, remove the foam roller and do the exercise without.

    I’ve been practicing Pilates regularly for 6 years and am a 600 hour certified instructor- I did this workout yesterday and I’m actually sore today! I don’t know how you managed to do that! So creative + brilliant! Love it and much respect!

    This was a great workout. I am not an advanced practitioner and this was very doable with a slight modification of the springs in certain areas. It was fun and I didn't quite realize how hard I worked until I stopped when I felt a little shaky. Great cueing and a nice pace. Very enjoyable and effective. Thank you.

      I'm so glad to hear that this class worked for you Joanne, thank you for sharing! I almost hesitate to label the classes with difficulty levels because they can almost always be scaled up or down to suit each individual, as you experienced yourself. Thanks for working out with me!

    It didn't seem very advanced to me. My heart rate did not increase too much

    • @RealGoodPilates
      @RealGoodPilates  7 месяцев назад +2

      Hi there, Pilates purely on it's own isn't a form of exercise that significantly raises the heart rate. What's being challenged in this class to make it more advanced are things like stability, balance, control, coordination & core strength. Thanks for joining me!
