Say what you will, this guy inspired a whole new generation of drummers
He’s the reason I picked up the drums, I also loved the blink concert went to
My band’s drummer plays a lot like Travis sometimes
He's the reason I've been playing drums for almost 20 years.
Me included, yes.
Why would anyone say anything? He’s always been a killer fucking drummer. Anyone who says different is probably a hack.
I'm turning 36 this November. Travis has inspired me as a musician my entire life all I listen to is Blink (original Blink!!) I honestly think Travis is the best drummer out there.
0:44 Someone behind the drums: "what's up Travis"
Travis: I'm on a gig :D
Travis is a lot better than people give him credit for.
He is easily the greatest drummer today but he is given the credit he should have he’s like one of the richest people on instagram.
What an amazing performance
@@Simon-co6uo over-rated? The guy makes everyone a joke. Ok most people a joke. But there are few people who can do what he does with his small set up. He doesn't need 100 drums or even double bass to sound amazing. This guy does it on a small set. Not many can have that ability to claim that.
@@dextermorgan4432 exactly!! Finally said this lol he has a minimal setup why does nobody ever mention this?!?!
@@Simon-co6uo hes easily one of the best, most skilled, and most creative drummers ever, sit down
Travis is a brilliant drummer. This was definitely him showing off and having some fun but the thing that made me inspired by Travis was his creativity and originality. He is definitely one of the top dogs. Very distinct and versatile drummer and inspired me to pick up a pair of sticks.
😍 Travis perfect drums for blink-182 no one can replace him❤ forever
Best drummer, EVERRRRR!!
Damn, he can do the herta intro when looking away. I can't even do it yet...
The Goat
SO HE WAS SPEAKING WHILE MAKING A DRUM SOLO?!?!?
@Simdog Robertson I think drum tech because he was saying something about making something higher
He is a professional...
Shouts to Dan his drum tech. “(Someone) are here” is what I heard
@@DrumBudgeHe told his drum tech to put the towel on his head at the end of the song, he said "the towel here"
he's played the song hundreds of times
00:47 auto pilot 🤣
My idol Travis Barker!
He’s so precise. Dude is underrated as a drummer
Genio maestro lejos 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
The king
Travis Monstro 1000 vezes Monstro, ET, Alien!!!
This gives a good idea what it can actually sound like for a musician on stage and why singers sometimes go entirely off key and off piste because they cant hear anything but the drums
El mejor del planeta tierra.
1:43 & 2:20 🤯🤯
Hell yea 🌼🌼
This shit is so epic
Looks like Travis Barker is going places. Especially when he is the legendary drum master of Blink-182 and the owner of "Famous Stars and Straps". How fascinating.
holy shit this mans is on one
I’ve never seen a clip of Travis Barker where he wasn’t giving 300%.
holy crap you guys killing it also first #remo
Yaaaaas😍😍😍
Travis u the shit bro!👏👏
el mejor
00:56 best
Faltou o início do solo!!!!
You guys should look back 2003 when travis still on 🔥 , kids who born at 1999/2000 dont know who travis is
I'm a kid born in 2000 and I love Blink. Really feel like learning drums cause of Travis.
What a full solo?
Hi !
Could someone tell me what is the size of his piccolo snare on the left please ?
Thanks for your help ;)
7X10
@@ShawnATX thanks ! since this comment i have my own custom snare drum 10x6,5 Maple / Acrylic / Maple 😉
@@benjledrummer nice
You're The night king & Jon Snow together! 😅
Faltou a intro!
Is it just me, or that rack tom isn't completely flat anymore??
Domagoj Čondrić the smallest of adjustments can make a big difference.
Oh yeah
Domagoj Čondrić it’s always been like that
@@thereverend6512 not actually.. on the last few months or a year or so, the tom has not been flat anymore. it used to be 100% though
Its because the weight of the tom is "too heavy" for the tom mount to hold. Before, he used shallower rack toms (5"-6" depth) now he's using a deeper depth rack tom (either 8", 9" or 10" deep)
Anyone know what he was saying to the drum tech?
Probably told his kid „get out, it’s loud in here“
"The towel here", he told him to put the towel on his head at the end of the song
Remo rep phone vid recording…
Can a drummer get some?
El que metieron de guitarra y voz esta de la verga

What’s the drum all the way to the left. It sounds like an extremely overtightened snare
I do Stuff piccolo snare
Is it dampened. Cause it doesn’t sound like it rings out at all
its a mini snare its more of a drum that pops it doesn't ring out
I think Travis has his style and is a good musician as I've seen him branch out with other genres. But when I've seen him solo, I think it usually seems to look to have no flow as maybe Forrest Rice, Aaron Spears or like Kaz Rodriguez. He is a cool drummer though and glad he's still drumming
The type of people who write Goat clearly know no other drummers and maybe have never heard a drum kit before. For me he is well outside the big 3 punk drummers Josh, Byron and Erik but can not deny he has inspired some younger drummers and he even plays on one album I like, Transplants. He is a strong average drummer and believe me not many impress me that much. If you want to know what you have to do to get above average check out Brooks Wackerman in his Bad Religion days.
Oh please. Travis is miles ahead of Byron and Erik, and I love them both. Why do you think Fat Mike got Travis to work on his last Cokie the Clown album? Hint:it’s not because he loves blink-182
He is an average drummer in a popular band.
@@misfit2022 you literally didn’t answer anything I pointed out, it’s okay to be wrong
Bad religion have written the same song over and over for 40 years. Barker has more creativity in his forearm than the whole of that band. Theyre the AcDc of punk.
@Ukrai Have you listened to True North it’s exceptional and Brooks Wackerman on that album kicked every other drummer into the touch line. His performance is perfection.
