who in the heck thought it was a good idea to have the sub volume on the back of the sub where it will be completely out of reach in many if not most cases?
How do you turn bluetooth off on the speakers? I don’t want to unpair my speakers, or turn off my bluetooth. I want the bluetooth on the speakers to turn off when not in use.
The XLR cables on the back of the subwoofer makes me think it'll be hard to get this to stand anywhere flush without the cables sticking out in an unsightly manner. Is there a way to work this?
I bought a set so I might as well reply to my own concern: It does go about as flush as I needed it to, so 2-months-ago-Me shouldn't worry about that. Really nice sound on this set. Nice upgrade on the old Creative set it replaced.
What happens when you purchase 7's new from Best Buy and they die one day after the 15 day return policy? For speakers that is RIDICULOUS! $250 used a couple times...Gone!
What's the recommended setting for the bass knob on the back of the sub? By default it looked like it was slightly over mid-way/50%? It has no numbers or any info in the product back. Is increasing it going to amplify the bass? Or should it already be on full?
your video shows the aux from the base being plugged into the speaker but that doesnt work for me. I looked online and it says wired headset support which means only the headset will work!!
How do you keep the RGB lights on? Mine only turn on from loud sounds, or if there is no volume. The light indicator lit up and stayed blue one time and the RGB stayed on, but I don’t know how that happened or to make it happen again. It shortly stopped displaying the RGB on it’s own after a while and the light indicator switched back to green.
no remote controller ? would be nice if could be chanced by it sub volume it will be difficult to go down table find the knob and change the volume maybe wired knob on the desk would be okey like master volume knob..
Avoid purchase of ALL steelseries wired headphones. CHEAP cords that break rendering your headset useless. replacement cords after shipping are $55! outrageous and absurd price. that is over half a new headphones. Greedy cheap company. never again. they will take your money and happily charge you an arm and a leg to continue using your product. I completely regret my Steelseries purchase.

It's for the base level, not the volume. I imagine it's designed to be set up once and rarely needed to be adjusted

They aren’t XLR connectors, it’s some kind of proprietary connector so I don’t think you’ll be able to find a 90 degree adapter for them :(

The knob on the back of the subwoofer is not for volume It is a knob for the base level.
