    The 3-D witch on the frame was genius! I'm thinking of bats glued to glass frame cover, to make them look as if they're flying over/in front of that black castle!

    If you could get the berries in the caldron to look like bubbles, bubbling up from the caldron, I think it would look amazing!
    I LOVED the feather wreath with the picture frame! All your projects were terrifyingly terrific!

    Tip from other crafters::
    Apply mod podge to the area you are applying it paper to, spritz the back of your paper you are using with a light amount of water from spritzing bottle. Apply paper to mod podge are. Using Saran Wrap in a ball rub the paper you have mod podged. You can lift. It gently if necessary and put back down and smooth bubbles out as you rub the bubbles out with the ball of Saran Wrap.
    ***(DO NOT apply any mod podge [MP] on the front of your print until you have rubber out all the bubbles with you Saran Wrap or credit card. The MP will get gummy and risk tearing paper.)
    You can ad MP if you have accomplished the look and texture of the paper.

    Those metals on the oval frames are not supposed to be bent up….they are called framer points or glaze points. They are very sharp & are to be just pushed straight in very carefully to hold the glass in. That’s why most of them broke…. Love your ideas!

    • @FLEAMARKETRESCUE
      @FLEAMARKETRESCUE  2 года назад

      LOL...oh well that explains that! This frame was very old! I had never saw such sharp metal pieces on the back of a frame before! I couldn't believe how pointy sharp these things were!! Even the glass had this weird thickness and texture to it. I had never saw anything like that before, either. Anyway, thank you for sharing, like I said... that explains a lot of why they were just popping out....mystery solved! Thanks, Lori!

      I got that one from Sweet and Sassy Treasures. It's not a download it's like a rice paper (decoupage paper). I would ask her if she has that one available still. I don't know what it's called but just explain to her what it is. She should be able to help you with that. Here's her website: www.sweetandsassytreasures.com

      Priscilla...you're right! When I was taping I was thinking what are these and the first thing that came in my mind was these "balls", which didn't sound right...so, I said flowers....but you're absolutely right...they are berries! LOL

    Be VERY careful washing glass from picture frames! I cleaned one once and cut a big slit in the palm of my hand. Had the neighbor take me to walk-in and had to have a tetanus shot and stitches. Now I wear vinyl gloves when I wash glass, and am very careful in doing it! Lesson learned. Also, if you would lay the glass over the image it would be much easier to cut it to the right size. Great job!

      Nicki, I use RTape from US Cuter. I want to say I spent $36 for the roll, but it last forever, though! Hope that helps!
