    That wood grain on the chairs is absolutely beautiful. Wood on chairs at a thing of the past. Particle board and MDF is what is mostly used nowadays.

      @@FLEAMARKETRESCUE I was closely watching the video again when you put the transfer on the chair cover. I am so confused on how the transfer looks like it is in the background of the strips of the fabric? Wouldn't the transfer cover the strips? Also, I am looking for a jpg of just stripes to use on projects, any suggestions on where to look. I belong to graphic fairy and could not find any there. Thanks so much!

    • @FLEAMARKETRESCUE
      @FLEAMARKETRESCUE  2 года назад

      @@elainekroening6355 I printed off the Crown Graphic on that Transfer paper, then I laid it face down on top of the striped fabric. I then heat pressed it onto the fabric. The stripe fabric is on bottom and the crown transfer is on top. The crown and wreath are just line art work...they are not solid images, so the striped fabric will appear to come through the image, when in fact, the image is actually on top. Make sense? You could go on Etsy to possibly get a grain stripe pattern. Here someone who sells a png file on Etsy for $1.50: www.etsy.com/listing/737558246/grain-sack-svg-ticking-stripe-svg?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=grain+stripe+image&ref=sr_gallery-1-6&organic_search_click=1 You'd have to resize it to whatever size you wanted it to be, though. Does it matter which type of printer you use when printing on the transfer paper?

    Hello! New Subscriber here! What great projects! I have a question for you. How do you get so many images on one paper to print. Is that in another video? Thanks!

      Welcome, Cilla!!! I'm so glad you found your way here!!! Yay! Thank you for the sweet compliment on my projects! As to your question...I use Photoshop...I'm sure you can do it with other programs, however...the program I use it Photoshop. I drag the images onto a 8 1/2" x 11" canvas that I create in photoshop and some images need to be rotated but you fit as many as you can. Sometimes I need to shrink them down a tad, too. The only other way you could do this without a computer, would be to print out the images, cut them out and place them on a piece of paper with some tape on the back to hold them in place or you could use a glue stick. Then place that on the copier, load your transfer paper and print them out on that. Hope that helps!

    So you folded your tea towel in half before putting it on the heat press?

    • @FLEAMARKETRESCUE
      @FLEAMARKETRESCUE  2 года назад +1

      Hi Cathy! Well, the first one I didn't fold in half and the tea towel was so large that I had it all over...it was bunched up and I thought...."let me fold it in half...it will be more manageable!" and that worked for me, so I pressed the remaining tea towels folded in half. You can do it however you like but folding it in half worked for me.

In the meantime, I will contact Vevor and let them know that you were having a problem using the code. They probably won't get back to me tomorrow, however, but...I will tell you what they say as soon as I find out. They might even give me another code for you. Also....let me know if the code worked for you...maybe it was a glitch. Ok? Thanks and my apologies, Ellen!

    • @FLEAMARKETRESCUE
      @FLEAMARKETRESCUE  2 года назад

      Ellen, I think I think I figured it out. I went to Amazon using the link. The heat press is normally $260. When you use the link it automatically takes 10% off for you and that is why you can not use the coupon code....because it has already taken off $26.10 off (which is 10%) for you....making it: $234.89. Does that make sense? So, I guess the coupon is if you were to go just to Amazon without using the link and need a coupon code to get 10% off...they provide you with that, as well. So, yes...use the link and it will work...you just can't take off an additional 10% off with the code.
