How to Cook: Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry l Foodie Avenue

  • Hello Foodies!
    This is my first time to cook Mongolian Beef Stir - Fry, and it did not disappoint. ;D
    1. Slice beef into strips.
    2. Place them in a bowl, add 1/4 cup of flour. Make sure the meat is fully coated. Set aside.
    3. Sauce: In a bowl, combine
    - 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsps honey, 1/4 cup of water, 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce, chilli flakes
    4. Heat oil in a pan. Saute cut veggies, carrots and green onions. Set aside.
    5. Heat some oil again, add beef. Cook for few minutes.
    6. Pour the sauce. Cover and cook for few minutes.
    7. Add veggies.
