  • Bryan Johnson has been paving the path for the most monitored and successful anti-aging protocol - the Blueprint Protocol. He spends $2,000,000/year to reverse or at least slow down his aging process through extensive supplementation, the "perfect" diet, machines I haven't heard of, optimizing sleep, the list goes on... and it's working.
However, if you're like me, and you don't want to take it to that extreme and truly enjoy life to its fullest, I have one thing you can do that works wonders for me.

I am 65 yrs old and love growing older!!!...so much of life can only be experienced at this phase....and keeping healthy as you age does matter and its not about anti-aging....its about supporting aging...towards a fulfilling life till its time. I think anti aging advocates are advocating a fear...which in itself is aging 😅.....so chill...do the slow deliberate breathing and movements that relieve and repair ...and just embrace what comes naturally...

Yes, I feel the same about Dave Asprey, plans to live to 180 taking that amount of supplements daily. Uses lots of hacks, and pricy stuff. A marketer, I'm not interested in following that anymore. My husband says he's aging while I'm aging backwards, simple lifestyle changes has me at my best after being near bedbound. I fact, opposite of Dave, I've whittled down supplements to only two minerals. Feels great to finally thrive!

Yes love that. What minerals are you taking?

@@QuinnCastelane I'm down to just Mg Threonate, Glycinate, Malate and Potassium bicarbonate capsules, plus trace mineral drops and fulvic/humic acid, Lugol's. When I stopped a bunch of supplements my light afternoon anxiety disappeared. 🤍

I get what you are saying, but Bryan has said that he's never been happier living the way he's living. Pretty recently he went partying. He also has a great relationship with his son and father, and says he has a fulfilling social life. He seems to be a very mission driven person, and his "don't die" mission is something he also wants to apply to taking care of the global ecosystem.
In the past 2 years Bryan and his team have learned a lot about the human body and it's capabilities, and I personally find the pursuit o health, vitality and longevity fascinating, inspiring and motivating. I used to do the partying thing, and I honestly did not like it even when I did it. (Oddly, when I stopped drinking, I experienced massive social pressure to drink alcohol - people routinely ignored my boundaries.)
I believe it's best for everyone to live in accordance with their values, and Bryan's highest values seem to be health, vitality and longevity (for all life) above everything, in the past it seemed to be to make money. People are fulfilled by different lifestyles, I hope you'll agree.
