Finally found a fast but efficient workout I can do and breathe heavy after! I will do this workout everyday till I build up my strength endurance and stamina to do longer videos thank for this! I rather do a 5 min workout then do nothing at all do not despise small beginnings ❤️

Its awesome to have. a quick workout for when you are short on time. I think it would be good to advise ppl to both warm up and cool down. It would also be cool if you had a picture of the next move since it does go so fast. Thanks!

Make sure you are fully warmed up first and you have no back issues. I also think you need to have a good level of fitness and be used to weights.I would avoid if you have spinal/diisc problems.
She went way too fast! I did 3 reps to her 5. I'm sore because I wasn't working the right spots because I was trying to hard to keep up. Just upped my weights. I wish I could slow her down
