I know batman was only allowed to be used in movies. But i think the reason why is because the CW is filled with lesser known characters while granted most people know who green arrow, flash, and supergirl is, and besides superman. Batman is a popular character, so him appearing in a lesser known universe would take away the focus from the main characters of that world.
Batman is WB's prize child they are very selective with who gets him. they definitely were not gonna give him to CW. CW wanted Batman and it wasn't their choice. Instead they made Green Arrow their Batman by giving him his villains and attitude.
Batman would've overshadowed everyone if he showed up.

Also, I just thought of this. Batman was going to be the mentor/enemy to arrow before being replaced for deathstroke, if you think about it, batmans cowl was on lian yu, which is where deathstrokes mask was at the beginning of episode 1 of arrow

I always liked the part when Felicity was trying to find her own codename she mentioned Oracle; Oliver said that name was already taken which kind of hinted that he knew Bruce Wayne or Barbara Gordon on Earth 1...

Rip Hunter was an amazing, and very cool character to watch. The guy he was in S1 of LoT was just amazing
The fact we don't ever get a batman year one series is stupid it's limitless potential from that point onwards from his starting out before putting on the cowl gothams attempt at it was a little lackluster with a shoddy batsuit at the end plus they made all the villains too early and even changed some of them up too much.
I'm fine with batman movies but I'm just saying a actual series with Bruce Wayne batman like they did with arrow would have been amazing to see

Okay, we know pre Crisis on Infinite Earths, Earth-2 had a Bruce. But then we his his cowl on the island instead of Deathstroke's.
I really wanted to know that situation instead of just being teased. But then Earth 2 was destroyed by the Anti-Monitor in the same episode before being rebooted into the Stargirl post Crisis on Infinite Earths Earth 2.

There is one episode in Flash where they are sitting in bar and we can see a man (not his face) with tag which says "Jordon". Hall jordon may be?
The mask on the island looks more like a Hawkeye mask but black. The ears look like they’re coming from the eyes instead of the head.
Pretty cool batmans mask looks a bit of wolverine mask there was a comic of marvel vs dc where wolverine took mantle of batman as batverine tho

Nah, Arrow should've been a Batman show to begin with. It's painfully clear that's what the original writing team wanted, & they could've never butchered him like they butchered Oliver. Both Green Arrow's character and the show itself would be better off for it

@@simonjack9699 yeah but my theory is that Adrien met Bruce after he became the Hood when Robert was imprisoned which would've been sometime after Flash season 2 so I think Robert thought Bruce died on the island and set up that mask and then later finds out he survived

@uncannydcmarvelous5732 More like a funny coincidence tbh. Plus he only ever appeared as Oliver's jerk millionaire friend from high school in one episode all the way back in early Season 1 in 2012, WAYYY before the idea of a shared universe with metahumans and concepts like the multiverse or time travel were even a thought. No one thought they would cast the same guy to play Bruce Wayne 8 years later when they showed his face in the Batwoman Season 1 finale in 2020.
And I guess you can say that Crisis might've changed some things. Warren Christie played Oliver's friend on Earth-1 but what if on Supergirl's original Earth, he was Bruce Wayne (like how Brandon Routh was Ray Palmer on Earth-1 but Superman on Earth-96), and Crisis just mashed it all together since the Bruce face reveal happened after Crisis on Infinite Earths. That's always been my headcanon anyways.
And for fun, now you can pretend that Oliver met Bruce Wayne in that episode instead of "Carter Bowen".
The difference between marvel and dc is that marvel uses their big three religiously while dc refuses to use their most popular heroes
They use their big three? They just save them for movies. Marvel also does not tend to use their big three in LA series'. How many times has Spidey, Wolverine, and Cap been on a LA tv show?
