Some men & women from DR, Thailand, Colombia, Germany, etc. are looking for a come up from men & women from other countries. Every man in DR is not family man or good man just as every woman going to DR or anywhere looking for a man. People from states or Europe are always generally thinking we rich in comparison but fail to realize cost of living in states or other countries. People change and/or true intentions show once they get comfortable or get what they want from a person. Maybe that hardworking person was that and became lazy once they got to the states. Meeting people and interaction with locals where you travel is how you learn and get to know people and the circumstances of a person and their surroundings/intentions/motivations. Just my unsolicited opinion.

I agree with your perspective on this video, BUT I think they also have the capability of ruining us, and I'd even dare to say they do it more often 🫣. Maybe you just keep better company than I do 😆. My Dominican husband even says he wouldn't approve of his daughter being with a Dominican man (his daughter is only half Dominican).
I have seen Dominican men that are content and want to stay here, but I've personally seen many more that use foreign women as a tool to upgrade their lives.
With all that being said, it's best for both people to make sure they're on the same page when entering a relationship so that no one gets hurt. I hope no one is offended by what I said, and I don't think one thing is true for everyone.
I feel that most Dominican man and woman are looking for a foreigner to bring them back to the country with them to get citizenship and a better life.
Thank you for watching. I thought that too until I became good friends with Dominicans. Everybody wants a better life but not everyone wants to leave their country.

@@ebonyladiesinthedr8583 I didn’t know about the show until I started dating a Dominican man and a friend of mine sent the link to me. Definitely worth watching.
@@ms_cheeseandcrackers some of the relationships worked out and they did a follow up episode a year later to show their progress. Very interesting show.
