I remember watching this years ago. Something made me think about it and it took me an hour to remember the title...... Glad I found it again..... I always feel better when I listen to Bagpipe music..
I swear never get bored of listening to this. I come back to it every few weeks and just stick it on again, never fails to cheer me up and get my feet stomping.
Amazing ! 6 years that i always come back to see your video. Thanks a lot :-) Hope to see you one day come back to rock the world again with celtic music. You're amazing.
This deserves more views and likes. One of the best bagpipe pieces I've ever listened to. Every musician there is doing their best and adding the exact musical note right in time. It's fun a d perfection in one piece. Encoré!
No BS, this is the most festive piping piece I have heard. Why can't i hear stuff like this more often. I'm really jealous of the Celts! They get to hear all the cool stuff! Waahahhhahhhahhhhh I wanna cry like a baby. Never mind.
That brought tears to my eyes, it was so amazing. I've loved bagpipe music ever since I was little, but this was the first time I've ever heard bagpipes be accompanied by other instruments. I loved it. I'm so glad I clicked on this link
Fantastic ! I just about got up out of my chair and started dancing !!!!!! I have been listening to Scottish and Irish music since I was in college. I got a chance to meet Bonnie Rideout, Maggie Sansone, and Eric Ridler over the years and talk to them. My best buddy of 25 years plays drums with the Washington Scottish Pipe Band in Washington D.C. that George Washington started back in the 1700s. PLAY ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~~~ Chuck S
Its not everywhere that one can hear a fine bagpipe piece, the internet, tis' a wonderful invention. I, a simple man of the Highlands can enjoy the work of my brethren from the loch without a moments hesitation.
I first seen this band playing in the town of Skerries in North Dublin about 20 years ago and often wondered where they went or what happened to them..are they still on the go, they were brilliant back then and still are by the looks of things.
What is this groups name and above all what is the piper's name? Alot of the mucky-mucks of the piping world could take a lesson on interpreting music and how to make it enjoyable for the listener! A great performance!!!
The piper isn't sweating! The *band* isn't sweating! How can you play like that and NOT perspire!!?? From me here in western Pennsylvania, USA -- that was freaking BRILLIANT!!!
What a wonderful surprise to find these clips here. This piece is just fabulous. Our family and friends love to see you down at Rosie's, Oxford, it's a guaranteed great night. Such a talented group!
The moment the music started, I wanted to get up and dance. That is an amazing talent you and the rest of your band have. Keep it up! Let the music shine, and thank you for it.
Just when I was about to give up looking for bagpipe music on youtube that has a beat to it! GREAT! Sadly we cannot get that kind of music in the USA...
This is brilliant, the bagpipe goes off key a couple times but that's to be expected in a high paced Celtic Ballad like this. Magic! Makes ye proud to be Scottish to hear something come together like this!
This is such an amazing music with such amazing musicians playing it...one of my favorites on youtube, I watch it everytime. greetings from Brazil, mate.
I'm tapping my feet and humming. Can't really follow the song while humming, but hey, what the hell? Love the pipes, and this guy Heath is bloody brilliant! Love this video.
I discovered your vid while looking for piping...and had to go listen to all your other stuff. You guys (and gal) are awesome! I'm going to have to visit the UK and see your show!
I'd love to hear more from this piper! Some in my family play and we've been in competition pipe bands at the scots games. LOVED this. He plays as it should be done with joy. I included this clip on my blog today. Sia McKye's Thoughts Over Coffee on blogspot.
