The one time I had someone behave like this was decades ago, when the wife of a coworker went into the kitchen and slipped her hand down my then-husband's pants. He came and told me about it, and I went to her husband, told him what had happened, and he said, "she does that sort of thing all the time - it's all in being playful." @@Syzygy_Bliss I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm stating to to the original poster why police can't do anything but record it and why a DA or prosecution can't do anything. Problem is, people have a skewered view point that just by reporting molestation/ SA or r@pe, there is an automatic court case like law and order. That's why red pillers love to try and make out there are more fake accusations, than real accusations ( and strangely they ways talk about them or there best friend being falsely accused multiple times of SA, which is a scary statistic as me, my friends or family don't know even one person falsely accused... But they know multiple). The police and DAs only work on. Slam dunk wins. In the UK, 97% of reported rapes/ SA don't even get to court. The 3% that do, 1 in 3 result in conviction, because most rapes are acquaintance rapes by someone known to victim, and no physical evidence, so he said, she said. And juries are reluctant to put away defendants because they are presented as nice men with great futureswho "misunderstood" and the victims as borderline sluts. So basically if you are reported, you have a 99% chance of getting away with it, unless you have physical evidence or a recording of what happened or a confession. I. E it's difficult for the system to believe singular evidence or testimony. I didn't suggest "don't report it".

I recently made this decision as well. I was so worried about being a bad/judge-y friend and didn’t want to hurt feelings, but when it comes down to it, the offender made those wrong decisions, the offender didn’t care about the feelings of his victims nor the lifelong impact his actions have. He can’t be trusted and he made his bed.
I now have kids, and my kids’ safety comes first.

Like Dr DeLony says the wife is a complicit to her husband's situation. Per her friend, "This perspective that she has that like he has no control over this b/c he is a sexual addict."🤦🏻‍♀️. She is fully aware yet in denial at the same time, which is scary and inexcusable. What more is he capable of b/c he can not control himself? The fact that a child is in that household is scary too. As for the husbands I wonder if they spoke to him and set boundaries before kicking him out as it's not specified🤷🏻‍♀️. As for the friends who are fully aware of the situation and what some of them have encountered it's best to stay away.

About 6 months before I was married my husband's uncle was arrested for pedophilia. I immediately told my fiance his uncle wasn't welcome at the wedding. He and his mother both told me he is innocent until proven guilty. I started asking family if they knew anything about this. Found out my soon to be sister in law was in the room when it happened. I was stunned her own mother and siblings didn't believe her. Only to find out they never asked anyone around the uncle if this could be true. They wanted to have blinders on. My soon to be husband wouldn't tell his uncle we weren't inviting him. I had to. I should have known then not to marry this person. Core values were very different. It ended in divorce.

And if he was truly out of control, he would try it on with a woman who has a husband who is likely to smash him. But he doesn't, he chooses vulnerable single Mums. His wife is in denial and is enabling and allowing him to offend. And how disgraceful of the DA's office not to pursue a prosecution. What are they going to have to say for themselves when he does rape a woman? If he hasn't already.

This should be reported to CPS. The wife should be told in no uncertain terms that she either kicks her husband out or her child will be removed from the home. She’s part of the problem by ignoring what he’s doing, & if he molests their child, she can also be held accountable depending on what state she lives in. She needs to wake up & get real. Her husband isn’t going to stop what he’s doing unless he’s in prison. A parole officer who has had paroled s** offenders in his caseload told me that there’s really no rehabilitating them. Sooner or later, they reoffend, have their parole revoked, are sent back to prison.

You DON'T try to control your friend's choices. Bc the day your sitting in prison for life bc something happened to your child is the day you’ll say to me, why didn’t you intervene?” I told her she was too sick to see the truth and I was the only person on earth who knew the truth. That makes it my responsibility to do something bc one day God will ask me what I did. My answer won’t be nothing. She left, is clean, and kids doing great. She was mad at first but I told her “someone’s gotta love you enough to tell you some hard truths, and someone’s gotta care enough about your child when you were going through some stuff.” She knew I was only tough with her bc I cared.
