Oh my goodness, even without watching the whole movie that entire scene till the end of the film made me tear up. That movie is based/inspired from the Hollywood film "I Am Sam" (2001). Vikram is obviously the lead playing as a mentally challenged person, worth a Watchalong. Putting my money on Rick tearing up and giving it a gold medal 😁💯

Court-room scene was a different movie guys. Theivathirumaghal, the Tamil remake of "I Am Sam". Vikram did a "mentally challenged person" role there too. But in a different way. This is a definite overdue must-watch guys. The climax, "violent" as it is, is heart-wrenching.
