People are sheep though. If one takes offence to what she did, others follow like sheep. People need to learn to make their own decisions and not follow the flock mentality.
Storm Large is a goddess. Ever since this show I've eaten up everything she's put out. All her albums, her book, and I get to see her one woman show. Absolutely love her and can't thank this show enough for introducing her to me as a viewer.
Lukas was mine, too! Have you had a chance to see any of his concerts or been lucky enough to meet him? I have. I've met him three times and seen two of his shows. The very first time I met him, he dedicated "It's All Love" to me because I was 13 and underage and couldn't get into the show. I stood outside in the cold and watched through the window with my Dad. He signed my Supernova CD, I got a picture with him, and got pictures of the show. He remembered me the second time around. I couldn't get in the second time either. I was 14. He was a bit disappointed, he thought he booked an all-ages place. But this time I could be in the building.
Lukas always makes me smile or giggle. His face when Brooke comes over to him is hilarious. I remember on MSN live at the time there were quite a few folks on there who attended the live show. They regularly said that the sound was way better in person for everyone and that Lukas, in particular, had an amazing voice. I've seen him live and I agree.
If they ever do a third season of Rock Star, they might as well call it Rock Star: Canadian Idol. JD Fortune won season 1- He's Canadian. Lukas Rossi won season 2- he's Canadian.

I watched this when it aired and said then that Delana and Lucas would be the final 2. I read in an interview years later that Delana had said, in conversations in the house, that she didn't think she was the right fit for the band and if they picked her she was going to turn it down. Whether Lucas was their top pick or not, he won. I like Lucas's voice, it was different. I wish the band had went further and done more.
Im pretty sure there wasnt any full dvd releases of the show. Season 1 had "the best of" but thats about it. All this episodes ive just kept stored on a harddrive :)
Lukas is the real deal. What you see is what you get. He doesn't have some stage persona. I've known this all along, and I still buy his music. Too bad Rock Star Supernova didn't make it, but Lukas does far better by himself, anyway. Check out his latest album, Autonomic.
One of the things that drives me nuts about the Rockstar series is that Dave Navarro typically starts of the comments after each performance. Hes not in the band and it should always be the members making all the commentary about the performances. if Dave wants to add something after that then so be it.
No offense but this show does look kinda staged and fake. Lucas was't that great but they made it look like the judges and the other contestants loved it. I thought Magni was much better but he didn't get as good of a reaction.

I don't get it. It just didn't work. Jason didn't like Lukas' commitment, they all ended up going their separate ways and Lukas had more success solo. However, he's still not well known, even here in Canada. I'll mention him and people reply with "Who's that?" or "Never heard of him". Funny. I mention Nickelback or Justin Bieber, and EVERYBODY knows who I'm talking about. But I mention Lukas and basically get blank stares. Justin Bieber and Lukas Rossi are BOTH from Ontario.

She was a one trick pony. Yeah, she can belt it out, but that is all her voice can do. She does not have alot of range or flexibility with it.
