    I am Laura Silverstein, author of Love Is an Action Verb, and certified Gottman couples therapist with 30 years of experience. I help couples find more happiness in their everyday lives. This 28-Day Couple Challenge provides you with short assignments designed to help you feel more loved and connected in less than 10 minutes a day (sometimes less than 10 seconds!).
    All the exercises are based on science and research that has been proven to work. You don't have to go on an exotic vacation or expensive retreat to feel more loved and connected. Investing 5 minutes a day on your relationship is the best way to achieve relationship satisfaction.
