    Have you seen the Gottman statistic that healthy relationships are 20 times more positive than ailing relationships? It's true. But if you just force yourself to be nice when you're in a bad mood, or your partner is getting on your nerves, you are at risk of Toxic Positivity. Instead, it's worth taking the time to make a mind set shift and offering compassion to both yourself and your partner.
