IMO the Hot in the Shade tour was the most genuine rock and roll experience of the KISS non-makeup years. Imagine (what may have been free) an autograph signing meet and great. Those were the days. I saw this show at a small hockey arena in London, Ontario in 1990. It was excessively loud and in-your-face before the days of big video screens. Pure KISS magic.

At one point in time In the mid 80's Kiss were fucked. It only took the Reunion to get themselves together again
