As a Necron player whom JUST got a Monolith, this Dataslate makes me happy. I was worried that Hypercrupt shenanigans would not be able to affect C'Tan. Also, if everyone got nerfed, by default we got buffed.

As an Admech player, it’s extremely hard to remain hopeful for the army after seeing we got NO CHANGES. The community has been SCREAMING about how unfortunate our rules are since the index. Our codex dropped, made us not only WORSE but had very little flavor to the faction, and even now, no changes. GW is clearly find with us being propped up by our one good unit and doesn’t care that almost no admech players are happy with the state of the dataslate. I’m probably gonna throw my models into storage and wait until we get interesting rules.

I assume GW is taking a big swing later on at both Admech and Nekrons with both codex's being brand new.
Brotherhoood Librarians went up by 10 pts, I think it's to discourage Grey knight players from shoving in 2 or 3 into every list, so we would take different terminator leaders
World eaters core units getting nothing but nerfs is quite disheartening to see for me.
