    I loved how yesterday was intense & today was more “slow” because I’m feeling sore from day 1 so this was literally perfect! I didn’t feel discouraged cuz I’m so sore and don’t want to move but I’m glad I pressed play lol I was still able to do the workout without pushing it ya know! A good balance👏🏼👏🏼 can’t wait for tomorrow’s work out😆

    Heather!! You’re the best. I share your content with all my friends and people I work with. You have made such a difference in my life in a positive way and as much as I may complain during the workouts… I keep doing it to the best of my ability!…as you say in your videos. 😂 Love your facial expressions and love when your cat shows up. I truly am thankful for you and all the health you’ve brought to my life and so many others! I was actually sitting around this morning waiting for the second day of glow up 😆 can’t say I’ve ever done that for any other workout video ever! ❤

    The first time I tried this routine I needed three passes. This time I finished it the first time. I love the way you group the exercises to avoid getting up and down. This is one of my favorite videos (even though I not so secretly dread it). Thank you for all you do. You put so much effort into these videos, and it is noticeable.

    It's hotter that L.A. where I live right now so I have just been for a very hot and sweaty run, come back and have just received the notification of Day 2. I am a little sore from Day 1 yesterday, but I cannot wait. This is going to be an amazing burn after my run! Thank you Heather🥵🔥🏃‍♀️🏋‍♀️

    Love your workouts. Any chance you can add some "easy on the shoulders" ones? As someone with a recurring shoulder issue, at times I can't do the moves that put body weight there and need to substitute. Would be great to have a handful of shoulder-friendly go-to videos. Thanks!

      I have shoulder issues and went to a sports physiotherapist to find out what is best for my workouts. I would highly recommend that if you can. Every person is different so it’s worth seeing someone who can help you specifically for your needs. I have dislocated my shoulders a number of times and needed to do some substantial physio therapy for them.
      I find a HUGE thing to modify was pushups. I never do them on the ground anymore - always on a counter or wall instead. I think this was a big difference the helped me through the 12 week challenges. Also much of the over head stuff I’d switch to bicep curls, rows or kickbacks or something similar. It’s good to know what you CAN do and then swap it out for the things that make your shoulder feel vulnerable.

    Love these workouts. Tough, but short enough for me to complete 1/day, then get outside for kayaking and paddle boarding + work on our property. See you for the next one. Donna 🇨🇦🎒

    Love your workouts. Weights and Booty Band. It would help to know how high/low the band should be to make harder/easier. Thanks for your amazing workouts. Also love the compound exercises for 30 min workouts

    Okay day #2 for me!!
    I found your channel a year or so ago and done a few of your workouts throughout the year but wasn’t fully committed.
    I am 6 months postpartum with my 2nd baby and have committed to your workouts for a month now I’ve lost 12 lbs. I will be posting my results on RUclips if I get the courage to do so but thought I would let you know.

    I enjoyed the hip band workout. I understand that hip band exercises are great for building bone density and helps people with osteoporosis. I would be grateful to see more such Workout from you.
    Also I thought I saw a 14 Day Glow up challenge. But this one is 7 Day challenge

    Hi Heather! Love your workouts, thank you! Your voice sounds like you are sick or have bad allergies, so hope you are ok. You look as energetic as usual though! I had to stop your 60 day program at day 57 because I got COVID, but I finished it when I finally felt able to work out again and am glad I did. Now onto this glo up series!! 😃 Thanks again.
