I loved how yesterday was intense & today was more “slow” because I’m feeling sore from day 1 so this was literally perfect! I didn’t feel discouraged cuz I’m so sore and don’t want to move but I’m glad I pressed play lol I was still able to do the workout without pushing it ya know! A good balance👏🏼👏🏼 can’t wait for tomorrow’s work out😆

The first time I tried this routine I needed three passes. This time I finished it the first time. I love the way you group the exercises to avoid getting up and down. Love your workouts. Any chance you can add some "easy on the shoulders" ones? As someone with a recurring shoulder issue, at times I can't do the moves that put body weight there and need to substitute. Would be great to have a handful of shoulder-friendly go-to videos. Thanks!
I have shoulder issues and went to a sports physiotherapist to find out what is best for my workouts. I would highly recommend that if you can. Every person is different so it’s worth seeing someone who can help you specifically for your needs. I have dislocated my shoulders a number of times and needed to do some substantial physio therapy for them. I find a HUGE thing to modify was pushups. I never do them on the ground anymore - always on a counter or wall instead. I think this was a big difference the helped me through the 12 week challenges. Also much of the over head stuff I’d switch to bicep curls, rows or kickbacks or something similar. It’s good to know what you CAN do and then swap it out for the things that make your shoulder feel vulnerable.
Love these workouts. Tough, but short enough for me to complete 1/day, then get outside for kayaking and paddle boarding + work on our property. See you for the next one. Donna 🇨🇦🎒

Okay day #2 for me!! I found your channel a year or so ago and done a few of your workouts throughout the year but wasn’t fully committed. I am 6 months postpartum with my 2nd baby and have committed to your workouts for a month now I’ve lost 12 lbs. I enjoyed the hip band workout. I understand that hip band exercises are great for building bone density and helps people with osteoporosis. I would be grateful to see more such Workout from you.
