At 63, I am the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been and have been able to maintain a 70 pound weight loss for going on 6 months now. When I was on vacation last week, I did your 60 minute no-repeat HIIT workout in the hotel gym and when I finished, several people asked me what I was doing because it looked like such a great workout, so I told them about you! Once again, you have been so generously providing many people awesome workout sessions. All sessions are well planned to identify muscle groups and keeping our cardio in check. I do not necessarily enjoy certain movements because I’m lacking in strength or mobility BUT I do them and it makes me a more balanced human. I thank you for pushing me outside my confort zone.

This was my favorite program of yours!! I really enjoyed it and would love to see more like it. It would be amazing if you could add a day like Day 7: Stretch & Recovery to the last day of your monthly calendars as well, all of your programs, really. This was a great program. I followed along for all 14 days, kept me motivated during a busy time and through Thanksgiving holiday. No excuses! I followed Fierce 2.0 but didn't do all 14 days straight, so completing this in 14 days feels awesome. I've also followed the last two HR 12 week programs and the express version and use your monthly workout calendars. You really are the best and I'm so thankful for your workouts.

Hi Heather, I found your channel around the time you had just brought out the latest 12-week program, which I loved and restarted. This is my first Fierce program, another great one, and I’ll check out the others. I find, though, that at 52, I need to space my weight training out a bit more than three days in a row; for example, back and chest, then thighs and glutes, then shoulder and pecs. I think the intensity contributed to some lingering aches and pains. I love the injection of stretch and mobility classes, as well as Pilates, into the whole program. Thank you very much.
I've completed every program (12 week, Fierce, Glow Up, Lockdown Lean, Daily 10, Fusion Flow...) and loved them all, Heather! I think the 12 week programs are my favorite, but I appreciate each and every one. Thank you! 🙏🧡🤩

Done and done!! Thank you for always putting out the best programs that push the limits of our bodies. For example, I thought I would crush the Pilates workout, and yet it had me gasping more than ever. I think I will repeat this series before the new 5.0 in January!

Thank you, Heather! I didn't do this entire series but I managed many days and swapped for some shorter/older routines. The extra time and days beyond the monthly calendar were hard this time of year -- but up on Saturday morning to finish it up! I loved starting 2024 with a 12-week. It got me set up for following your calendar the rest of the year. ☺💛🙏
