The low mentality level of the blup blup blup guy and others is astounding. I couldn’t be a clerk. Hats off to the people dealing with ignorant thieves on a daily basis.
Can u imagine minimum wage while rig raf just takes what they want..maybe kills u over it?
Big man never corrected in life. Retardation High why do they keep opening liquor stores we don't need more
Yeah the blu blup blup guy was a stupidass
Nice work
The blup blup blup guy was threatening him ... suggesting we drive by shoot you later.
I was working in a gas station/convenience store when 3 armed men robbed the store. I was duct taped hands behind my back and feet, then pistol whipped a dozen times. They were trying to break into the ATM with a sledge hammer and a saw. Everytime they hit that machine with the sledge hammer I thought the gun went off. This went on for 26 minutes before they gave up and left. It took me almost 3 hours to get free, between times of passing out from my head injuries. Spent 11 days in ICU and 46 more in hospital recovering. My jaw was wired shut for 9 weeks as well as a broken ankle and 3 broken fingers when my hand was repeatedly stomped on. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN THE WORLD TO JUSTIFY THIS JOB!!
So sorry about your ordeal but glad you're still alive. I fear for others doing that job. It's so sad that evil people like that exist.
Wow, if only you had a gun under the counter. Do you ever think about that, how your injuries would have been prevented?
That’s terrible. Hopefully you are ok now.
Oh my gosh, I am so happy you got thru such a terrifying ordeal. God bless you, and yes, there's no justifying working a job like that. Nobody should have to work a job where your life is always on the line and they pay you minimum wage.
I’m so sorry:(
I went to Cincinnati late at night. You cannot go in the stores. There is like a little window- you tell the clerk what you want and they go through the store shopping for you- after you pay- you get the items. I think that is where everyone is headed.
Same in St. Louis as well. Causes less bs
I live in Cincinnati. Where did you go, if you remember? I haven’t seen it yet.
@@kaigrant88 First time I was at the Hollywood casino downtown it was about 2am. I didn’t have a car because my friend drove so I just googled closest gas station. All the doors were locked and there is just like a window at the front for service. I needed to use the bathroom and buy something so I checked the store right next to that one- same way. If you haven’t noticed that it is Probably something that they only do downtown and after 11pm

No... not everywhere. Just in "THOSE" cities. You know the ones Im talking about. I wont spell it out.
I love that the store has such a good security and communication process AND uses social media to blast these thieves!! Very smart. I hope more businesses follow suit and actively fight back at trash.

Where i live....if you did something like this in a small store....there are no camera's. The cops would never be called.
You would be getting run through a wood chipper by Uncle Benny.
i hope they stay on their grind and achieve the american dream of opening a store in an area where people work for their money and respect people who do. we need more education of immigrants who come here. they shouldnt have to learn what the ghetto is the hard way.
Right every store need’s to be like this.
Keep hoping 😂
This is why companies don't want to do business in certain areas and I support them 100 percent.
I absolutely agree with you. No company or company clerk should be put at risk by piggish human beings - and I would add that, as a society, we have got to start condemning that stuff and stop pandering to certain groups and absolving them of responsibility for their actions. And I'm not even a conservative! I'm an old-school politically incorrect, culturally insensitive, liberal who believes in the content of character, not identification politics.
@Bad Company Yup, money-wise that's true... and they should be held accountable, too.
@Bad Company That is chicken feed compared to the Gazillion dollars that are stolen and looted from stores along with the billions of people getting mugged for millions of dollars every year, Not to mention the millions that are stolen during home invasion robberies.

Problem is people like this never change. This behavior is deeply rooted inside these people, and you see the same ones throughout life committing the same crimes over and over!.
Sometimes they do change, not everyone stays the same or gets worse, there are those that completely turn their lives around.
Yea so what mister perfect
@@masterpain7742 You're a little defensive from what the original commenter said...Let me guess, you're one of these losers committing these crimes on this video?
Some people need to do it some people are in tough situations.
@Nut Cutting nope you’re wrong. I personally have had to steal to eat before. I lived in a city with only one food pantry, they only gave you food for 6 months and made you take a 6 month break. I was paying for a lawyer on top of the other bills I had so I couldn’t afford food and since I had too much money coming in I didn’t qualify for food stamps because the food stamp office doesn’t consider paying for a lawyer a bill to pay for. I called every single fast food restaurant, etc in the area and asked if they would allow me to have the food they were going to throw away at the end of the night, they all said no. Couldn’t go to a food pantry out of the city because you have to live in that city to get food from the pantry and when I asked people for help with food like churches, etc they all said no except I got a few dollars from people here and there. Some people actually do find themselves in a situation where they feel they have no other choice, not a lot of people in certain areas are humble enough to help someone. I’ve only had to steal to eat a few times but I’ve certainly had to do it. Not to mention other situations people are faced with where they feel like they need to do that. I can understand in some situations, I do feel like there really needs to be more programs that help people in hard situations because where I live there isn’t much at all. Even only one women and children’s shelter oh but they have plenty of McDonald’s, waffle houses, etc. smh

The thing about letting these people go isn't about losing $1. Sure it doesn't HURT the company/store. But it's the knowledge that the store won't call the cops on you. You spread it to all your friends and soon enough 30,40,50,etc get taken daily because you set the Precedent that you wont call police over a candy bar.

Correcting their children? Parents like his encourage theft, in fact teach them to participate in theft!

That's essentially how convenience stores operate in Colombia. Petty criminals don't have guns, so they use steel bars instead of glass.
They had a few of these in Richmond, VA and they worked.
Stores like this, and others across the nation, are closing in neighborhoods where laws can longer be enforced. If a society is unwilling to enforce existing laws, commerce can't exist.
True. Many stores left a crime ridden area. Supposedly the community and gangs agreed to protect the McDonald’s. It’s still there 10 years later.
The profit margin evaporates, yet somehow people blame the store.
We start shooting them on site they ain't gonna wanna play no more.
My in laws ran a mom and pop grocery store for over 35 years. Never had big problem with theft from 1980 till about 2015 when meth and homeless camps took over the neighborhood. They closed their doors due to loss of profits two years ago, and could not find a buyer willing to take over.
No, small family owned businesses can’t exist. Large corporations, with billions of dollars backing them that can take relatively-speaking “”small”” hits like this, can exist and will be the only ones to exist… Not to be the conspiratorial person, but it feels like that’s kind of what “” they”” are pushing for. The pandemic alone was a good example- small family owned businesses had to close, but the Walmarts/Costcos/what-have-yous were allowed to stay open…
When I worked at Bed, Bath & Beyond (RIP) We were taught never to confront someone who was stealing. You never know if that person has a gun or some other form of weapon. Don’t get yourself hurt. Call the police and, when they show up, let them handle it because they are the professionals. You don’t want to risk your own life. I definitely agree with that policy. You were a great company, Bed, Bath and Beyond. It was fun working for you. RIP ❤❤
Me too😢
They were not a great company “you go woke you go broke”
I would NEVER follow them out of the store, just take note, screenshot the photo, place it in the store and refuse to sell to them. Its dangerous, risking your life for $2 is just as wild as risking going to jail for $2.
Not only have a screenshot of the thief, but also keep the video clips of the thieves ready to show the police in case those theives call the police on the store and accuses the store of discriminating against them for no reason. Or in case they enter the store and don't want to leave saying that they did nothing wrong and should be there.
It's not always easy to tell people apart, even with a photo. The cashier will tell the shopper "I can't sell to you. See this photo?" and the customer will say, "That's not me! You think that looks like me? It's just somebody with my hair and skin color!" Then, afraid of rejecting somebody who didn't steal, the cashier just sells to the "doppleganger".
And the community gets mad when these stores leave. Can you blame them?!?
NAh we blame the coloured!!

So many of them go the extra mile to present themselves as overt threats in appearance and behavior. This has got to be inherent evil on such a grand scale.

Note to everyone watching. If you live in a location that has to have plexiglass in front of gas station and fast food cashiers, it's time to move. Like, yesterday.
Unfortunately a lot of those people are starting to move into the suburbs, bringing their crime with them. I can't imagine being an adult that has to steal soda/candy. That's sad. I can see if someone's down & out and is stealing a bag of rice, but candy? These people are embarrassing. And the employee's arrest was beautifully poetic.
In the 5 years that i have been with my current employer, I have only had 2 shoplifters that had stolen food, actual food. One was a handful of peanut butter crackers and the other was a ham and cheese sub. Both cases I had confronted and offered to buy them a full meal (what might constitute as a meal from a gas station), and gave them some local community assistance numbers to include a food bank. Didn't shame them, didn't kick them out, didn't chastise them. To be at such a rock bottom that one must steal to survive, to live, there is no shame in that. So I agree with you 100%. That cashier. Yikes. Making an honest living can’t be that easy when you’re that bad at even being a criminal.

Shes a women. She makes her money by legs being opened!
I get that she is a teenager but she is not good at hiding her stealing. Also, she evidently didn't know that all tills are compared with the Z tape from the register and her stealing will show up. You don't steal from a cash register as a cashier, you WILL be caught at the end of the day if you do and you WILL find yourself in handcuffs being transported downtown to the county jail.
Especially if you have to go out, confront them. Possibly face a gun! A friend of mine had a similar store in a 'bad' area. He'd click allow entry for each client! That bad. He also cashed checks. One fine morning he was found shot by the safe in the back.
No kidding. I don't know how she thought she'd get away with it. When you start your shift you start with a certain amount. I started mine with 150. cash and 20.00 in mixed change. That is deducted from the shift income. It had better match. When I'd take over from an earlier shift I'd take my cash bag with my start amount and she'd empty her drawer and go back and count. This was a small carry out so I'd imagine it was a bit different in a bigger store though.
One of my family members owned a gas station. And when I asked him about shoplifters his answer blew me away. He said he couldn't care less about shoplifters and would look the other way. His reason was shocking. He said that all that snack food, drinks, cheap sunglasses, etc had enormous, sometimes several hundred precentage mark ups.
And that most of the people that came I to his store were regulars. Even the ones that had a habbit of shoplifting on averge bought most of the stuff they left the store with. So due to the ridiculously high mark up on all this stuff, if you busted shoplifters, they wouldn't come back into the store, and as such you would actually loose money by busting shoplifters.
Good to see that employee getting arrested

I've worked clothing retail management most of my life. More expensive brands to less expensive trendy clothes. In the more expensive stores we would hv people shop while the store was open come back after closing shattering the front windows & stealing everything they had looked at earlier that day. It wasn't until the 2nd time that I realized everything they took from one side of the store coordinated w/ things from the opposite side. An entire rack of slacks and belts then an entire rack of nice shirts & jackets...all matching perfectly. The co. finally installed roll down metal gates so no more breaking out glass, that lead to grab & run thefts. Thousands of dollars run out to a waiting car. This company finally left the area. The nxt clothing store was lower end but the theft was equally as bad. People used their children to distract sales people. While a 4 yr old is tearing things to pieces , mom is on the other side filling up her purse. I had an older lady steal perfume, not realizing these were now sensors she walked out the door sounding the alarm. She had a toddler w/her whom she began screaming at saying he had taken the perfume. These people are ruthless. Yet when all the stores in these neighborhoods close they act as though they're offended. No. Insurance only covers so much theft. Similar to a bad driver, the more tickets you accumulate the higher your insurance. It's no longer worth it to stay open. These neighborhoods don't understand these little convenient stores are doing their neighborhoods a favor by trying to operate there. Where else can they grab a loaf of bread or milk? These people will eventually close down as well.
Did this job for several years, in both a nice part of town, and a bad part of town. Gas station clerks don't get paid enough.
They need to lock the doors until the person gives up the product. Or have an actual security guard. These people have no shame, they don't care that they're stealing, and they won't stop until someone physically forces them to stop coming in. That's the only thing that stopped them when I worked in Albuquerque. Drug addicts will steal anything without any kind of recompense unless you physically throw them out of the store.
The stuff you see is crazy i do electrical service for Grocery stores I was about to go on my lift and saw some lady trot in with a very clearly empty purse walked out with some Celery and i see the Security gaurd make a mad dash to the exit and after about 10 mins we the Security gaurd and the Store manager come back with boxes of Allergy medication. He told us he saw the bag was more full then when she came in and knew right away she probably stole something ended up being $1500 CDN worth of allergy pills.
The people that tolerate this behavior use the justification of "they have insurance" then wonder why stores end up leaving the area.
Not to mention having to raise prices too.
People saying this are usually talking about corporations like Target and Walmart, not mom and pop owned stores and small franchises.

Bur you have to be a border line sociopath to hire young help in neighborhoods with a high homicide rates.
@@lawrencebrown8161 well only in america tho

Indian people do. They got the 'blow myslef up attitude' so they dont care who comes a shopping!!
This is why Wal-Mart & Targets are closing stores at these type of neighborhoods.
"Stay away from my squishy machine"!!!
I worked at a gas station a few years ago, I was the youngest worker (21) and they still had me working nights on my own. It's in a very rural area so mostly farmers and their workers but we'd get the occasion drug addict come in trying to steal. I was too afraid to say anything to them. My boss decided to screen grab a picture of their faces and their crime from the security cameras and post them on the windows. That stopped the stealing.
Ugly chicks work at gas stations. You were right were you belong. Thats why you were left alone....and at night :)
currently work thirds at a rural city (only 18,00) gas station, but plenty of scum that likes to steal. I have always found it easy to confront a thief. Our stores theft has, statistically, gone down a fair amount since my employment, though i still have new faces shoplifting nearly daily. I so wish we could convert one of our advertising Tv's into a slide show of shame.
here that would get the shop owner in trouble (belgium) . i'm not saying i like it .
That probably only works in a small town where everybody knows everybody. I'd like to see more wall of shame at other places.
That wouldnt work in most places as the owner can be sued, being "Innocent till proven guilty" in a court of law. a cctv video wont be enough to say He is guilty.
_Thanks for posting, as usual._
_But note that, IMHO, the background music is quite unnecessary & is actually detrimental to the video (I'm trying to hear audio evidence). Oftentimes, because there is no captioning or subtitles in many videos, I must rewind and turn the volume up much louder in order to transcribe dialogue that isn't readily clear. And the background music makes that process even more difficult. Just some friendly suggestions. Thanks!_
I couldn't agree more. The background noise insults the intelligence of viewers.
Totally agree. Background music is distracting not useful.
It's almost identical to stranger things lol
The emphasizing function of italics gets completely lost when the whole text consists of them, similar to walls of all-caps. Thank you, too.
Pretty cool. Unbelievable how people think a store can stay in business with this much loss.
Crazy stuff right there!! I don't even visit certain gas stations in the daytime or nighttime.
I have had to fire people for stealing in the past and even with cameras they still denied it ever happened it’s kinda funny when you show someone proof that they committed a crime and they still say that they didn’t do it . I always have the option to press charges and get someone arrested but I don’t want to ruin a young kids life over 20$ but on the other hand if you don’t they won’t learn most people who don’t own businesses don’t even think about that kind of thing .
You are so right. I got a retail job back in high school (80's) and people would steal all the time. I once saw 2 guys running past me pushing 4 large garment racks of high end designer clothes. I started running after them and my boss grabbed me and said "it's not worth your life". They ended up running through the mall to a car waiting outside. Cops pulled them before they even got out of the parking lot. They tried to say they didn't do it too. lol..with their whole car filled with merchandise.
@@ElysiumRose yea man . Maybe it’s just me but we used to have a saying if you do the crime be prepared to do the time .
Ask Spider-Man how letting a criminal go with some money goes.
Its a psychological issue, to be in total denial of any wrongdoing the person themselves might have done. It also speaks for a lack of responsibility and unreliability. These are the people you should avoid as much as possible.
@@pohjantuulet247 yep unfortunately sometimes the only way to find out is to experience it first hand .
I work retail in a game store and its insane what people will try to steal. When they realize there's no chance they're getting out with a big ticket item they take whatever they can get. I've yoinked $5 dungeons and dragons figures out of drug addicts pockets on more than one occasion. We had a rather extreme break in where a guy went on a bender across town breaking into random shops. They drove a stolen flatbed through our back door, and then hooked our security gate to the back and yanked it and the door itself off the wall of the building.
Hilariously they got absolutely nothing. They grabbed the first pile of boxes they could right beside the door and took off. The boxes were full of trading card supplies(toploaders and soft sleeves, cases of these are VERY heavy), probably a couple hundred bucks at most wholesale. They dumped the boxes a couple blocks away when they opened them and realized they had stolen literal boxes of cheap plastic.
The police brought them back to us early in the morning, and in the end we only lost a few damaged products, so maybe $50 lost. Drop in the bucket. However we had probably 20K of damages to the building itself, and a gaping hole in our building early January in Canada. They caused tens of thousands in damage to steal....nothing, And that hurts more than anything to be honest. It would almost be better if they had turned like, 20 degrees in the other direction and taken an entire stack of Pokemon Shining fates ETB boxes, or just in the opposite direction a box full of Vladimir Guerrero Jr autographed baseball bats. At least then we could direct our anger more easily, but instead they're just the dumbest thieves ever and we are left with a literal big hole.
So much stealing even the clerk steals 🤣
I’m a gas station owner. Cops in my city don’t even respond to armed robbery, let alone shoplifting. I’ve been robbed at gun point about a dozen times and so are my employees. I’ve a different approach about people stealing from me. When I suspect that someone is about to steal, I usually tell them that to put d red
To put everything on the counter and I’ll buy it for them. Then, I remove things like gum, candy, energy drinks etc and only give them food and drinks or maybe a bag of chips. They usually thank me and some of them even cry. One time a group of kids stole from me and I run out toward the getaway car and told them to bring it back and I’ll pay for it. They took off and 10 minutes later they brought everything back and apologized. As a result, shoplifting in my store has gone down tremendously.
The number one rule you should know when you’re working at any business is to assume they have cameras everywhere and everything you’re doing is video recorded. You might get away with stealing a few times and it might take your employer’s a while to catch on to it,but eventually you will get caught and that money that you thought you needed isn’t worth getting locked up and having a criminal record for it.
When I was 16 I worked in an Alpha Beta supermarket as a box boy. The pay was actually about $2 more than minimum wage and there was definitely opportunity for me to move up and make a lot more money down the road in Produce or Meat department. I got caught stealing a pack of batteries and lost my job on the spot. It was one of the most embarrassing things in my life when all my co-workers saw me in cuffs. I learned a valuable lesson that day that it just isn't worth getting busted for such petty stuff. I suppose if you want to go to jail, do it big, lol.
The problem is today with all the DemonRats not willing to prosecute and a no cash bail they know there is no consequences! Vote RED and stop this lawlessness!
Right it’s 2022 most cameras in 4k lol 😂 quality a lot better than the early 2000’s cameras
Eh, in most businesses these cameras are never looked at.
@@derodrickfontaine7675 Actually a LOT of these type of stores are now farming out the video-security. They pay a service where people in India or other third-worlds are watching the cams and call them out over an intercom. You can hear her at 14:56
A friend of mine worked at a gas station and at the end of every shift the employee is supposed to do inventory (very small gas station, before stores were a big thing, and no video cameras) but he forgot. The cashier who was next took off with all the merchandise thinking my friend would get blamed. The store manager knew my friend wouldn't steal and the other cashier got fired.
like what, they had 20 things in the entire store? dont buy that part at all about taking inventory, this happened in 1910
@@kefkahkefkah Yes, in 1986 there were still a few gas stations around that only sold gas, and just had a few candy bars and a smaller cooler with canned pop.
@@kefkahkefkah lmao!
@@abacab87 he was pulling your leg mate, few candy bar and pop lol
@@kefkahkefkah Well, it was more like a box of each, probably 2 short shelves of candy bars, a small rack of chips, and pop. I think it came out to $600 in product. He wasn't pulling my leg.
Old friend opened a Shell station C-store and lost it seven years later because he refused to believe the young lady he hired was fired from lowes for theft and the old lady he hired who spent all night playing eight liners was stealing from him. He owes vendors and the franchise 280 thousand dollars. And I stopped being his friend because I showed him his own security video that showed they were stealing his money by canceling ring ups and pocketing the money.
The outsourced, remotely monitored security cameras and audio announcements from people in another country are really wild, that is new to me. It looks like it is very effective, and hilarious!
that stuff happens all the time in retail not just them gas stations
The girl stealing from the register couldnt be any more conspicuous 🤣😭
She was funny
I couldn’t deal with the wretched of the earth on a daily basis.
Steal bread, milk, water, okay… MAYBE you’re desperate to feed your family.
Steal from a gas station; you’re abysmal.
Ah those special people . We are so fortunate as a society.
The HUGE sign on the door “Watch us on RUclips, new episodes every Monday watch thieves in action” LMFAO! 🤣🤣
You'd have to be crazy to work in a convenience store in a neighborhood like this. Not only do the stores get robbed, but the outside of the stores is also a notorious congregating place for criminals.
@King Clover
100% correct, usually these places are where drug dealers hang out and make their deals with addicts/dopers/users.
What's your explanation for the thieves caught stealing in so called good areas? Oh there are no crooks in the surburb's right? You people are in deep denial even with video proof..

When I'm traveling around. If I really have to stop for gas I won't stop at a gas station that has people hanging out outside the gas station. I even do that if I'm driving around the city I live in.
The problem is a lot of states have made shop lifting a crime that you can't be detained, arrested,or prosecuted,so people don't care if they get caught stealing.
The lady stealing money from her job is so confusing, if you can't wait till payday then ask for an advance? so confusing and sad
That last guy, imagine the nerve of that guy cussing out the workers and camera after he got caught stealing.
People say gas station jobs are easy. Well, if you think so work there and come back to me. If you're not confident and aware youll be eaten alive. I'd never turn my back on a customer until the transaction is complete. I count their change in front of them. I repeat what they say. I don't let them confuse me and have had many tricks pulled on me.
Think about it. It's the front lines. You're dealing with every type of human. You're dealing with money. You see first hand the good and the bad times. Considered essential while getting paid the same as before. I've seen many cashier's come and go. The minimum pay is not worth the stress and I encourage every new employee to keep an even separate from real life face
Well said
id never work as a cashier at a gas station especially late at night you are basically hoping no one comes in and tries to rob the place
Life flashed before her eyes at 8:26 😂😅
The girl who was an employee and stealing from the register.. she looked straight at the camera at one point. I don't get it, she knew she was being watched. Why did she continue to steal?
Habit to feed I'm guessing.
One time my friends and I got lost (before GPS) and ended up in the "wrong-side-of-town", which was eye opening. We stopped at a gas station for directions and that was the first time we had seen a store with a bullet proof divider and armed security guard. The guard knew we were not from that area (prob because we were 18 with a new Infinity) gave us directions and told us to hurry and leave (to protect us).
Guard saw pussies and knew you were pussies. Get tough man, 18 and a wuss. Good luck getting a women. They need men to protect them, not run and cry - like you and your friend did.
Pussies 🤦
What city/town?
Wow you must come from a really nice area
Factz lol , they farmers probably 😂.
A society can't exist like this. Not any society that is worth preserving , that is.
No public restrooms. Merchandise is kept separate from customer waiting area. Everything has to be purchased on an app with an approved bank card. Just like gas, you have to prepay and no refunds. Eliminate the loiter / hang out factor.
Wow, yet they keep voting for it.
