@@kimolee502 I know, it should have never been implemented…it doesn’t make a difference in fuel mileage and is one more thing to make the engine unreliable.
Is there a loss of articulation from the stiffer springs and loss of the articulink in the radius arm? Do the radius arm relocation brackets or fabricated radius arms move the front axle forward any?
The rear end will still articulate to bump without weight in the bed so no articulation is lost. The articulink will flex more than our current radius arm design but our arm provides far more stability. Neither the drops or arms themselves reposition the axle forward.
🤤 Can you talk performance about this build please. What’s the new payload and is there a towing reduction? Would you feel comfortable running 40s with this system?
The factory payload of a 2019+ Power Wagon is 1,510 lbs, our rear springs are tested to 2,000lbs. You actually gain capacity with our rear springs. 40s wouldn't fit without body panels designed for it, firewall clearancing and taller gears.
bigusdickus agreed. I’m actually more than happy with my 33s that I’ve stuck with (size wise) for past decade. Always wanted 35s and/or 37s but didn’t wana pay to regear. If I pay the thousands to regear then I wana run 40s lol
RT Molinari Haha that’s a legit reason. In no way do I want to be one of those internet lame-os complaining about what other people choose to do with their vehicles. I suppose I was pretty close to becoming just that with that last post.
If they came factory like this then there would be no aftermarket. Besides, the PW is expensive enough. I can only imagine the cost of this kit from Carli, from mopar it would never sell.
So far the only thing I found is the Fox 2.0 shocks. Which will be fine for me in most cases. It will be a daily driver with weekend fun on the trails near me. I get why people say it should have 35s also but it doesn't look that bad either with the 33s. So when my gets delivered finally to the dealer I'll keep close to stock for now. Would love to do the Cari kit with the king shocks later on. Possibly next spring time maybe for that project.
The Power Wagon comes equipped with 4.10 gears so it does well with 37s. if you get a standard hemi with the 3.73, it would be a good idea to upgrade to 4.10 or even 4.56.
Is there a suspension travel gain to be had with Carli’s system on a Power Wagon? I see travel numbers are posted on the Carli site and I’m assuming those are down travel only but how do they compare to OEM travel?
The Power Wagon travel spec is pretty good, factory. We get another inch in the rear and 2" up front! Honestly, the performance comes more from the springs/shock tuning and larger dampers than the modest travel increase.
We do not sell direct to the public, nor install in our facility. if you hit the retailers section of our website, you'll find those who do! CJC Offroad did a similar build - acquired the truck, did a full build and shipped it to a customer in Africa; perhaps try contacting them as they're the only ones we're aware of to do something like this. carlisuspension.com/retailers/

Um on the offchance that you guys at Carli Suspension see this WILL there be a larger lift than this one in the near future.(8 in is what I am looking for. I have a 2019 Power Wagon and it seems that nobody has anything larger than 3 to 4 inches. ( Or 6 inch due to the factory 2 inches of lift, I just want something larger)
Given the stock suspension system on the Power Wagon goes anywhere in the world. SAVE YOUR MONEY just put on 35inch or 37inch tires on ur stock system and take ur air damn off. Done! no go anywhere you want. 2ez and cheaper than buying this stuff.
Carli Suspension hopefully he doesn’t need 4 wheel drive at any point while doing that unless he also plans to replace whatever axle the 33 ends up on and possibly his transfer case.
We developed the 3" systems as they fit both the Hemi and Power Wagon. The leveling system would service the Hemi market only - this market is very small so we elected not to do it.
A Power Wagon should come from the factory exactly the way it does. Ram engineers, as well as Ford and GM engineers, spend millions of dollars designing these trucks to do what they are supposed to do. It’s not very likely that Carli Suspension or CJC Off Road spend millions on their designs. If someone wants to spend $80,000 on a truck and then pay Carli Suspension another $5000 to $10,000 to make it look cool while reducing the trucks capacity and capabilities, that’s fine. Just don’t act like you’re doing anything other than putting on an expensive appearance package.
Well if your getting down to brass tacks from the factory ... it should also come with a Cummins and be avail in a regular cab an extended cab instead of only the foolish crew cab short box.
Like manuals, reg cabs are bought in very small numbers...Can't spend tons of money on R&D for only a few buyers without price going WAY up....Besides, this is an OFF road truck, not a farm/construction type truck of which RAM already has other trucks to fit the bill.
The only reason you would want a cummins is for towing heavy loads, buy a towing rig if that's what you're after. The PW recipe has never called for a derpy diesel, I don't know of many true PW guys that want one killing their truck.
Carli Suspension what’s the cost for this kit once production has been completed and ready for purchase? Also does the Carli Suspension 2014-2020 Ram 2500 Fox 2.0 Leveling Kit fit a 2019 ram 2500 hemi 6.4 mega 4x4?
Had plenty of people install our kits on the 2020 Super Duty; from what we hear, everything bolts right up but our systems provide more lift as the they lowered the 2020s. We haven't seen one in the shop yet but have heard this from several reliable sources.
Thank you for this! Also, glad to finally know what those canister things were mounted to my frame rails. Harmonic Balancers...who knew!
Maybe if everyone had Harmonic Balancers on their vehicle, we'd all get along so much better? Probably not.....Nuts!

So 37" tires with no rubbing? That is awesome...
got a ? any thoughts on making power wagon Radius arms
Nice truck! Im still saving to get my own Carli system. I might have to just buy it piece by piece. 😂
It should have came without MDS! It should have came with a heavier duty water pump and oil pump.
you can disable MDS by using the transmission limit with on the steering wheel.

Everyone’s got such a stiffy for 40s these days. 37s are more than 99% of us will ever need.

RAM could actually produce it much cheaper being the significantly bigger company.

Nothing to keep the factory height, unfortunately.

stock springs are very stiff unloaded, not a fan
This is the correct answer.
Will 35s fit a stock 2019 power wagon without rubbing on any mechanical portions? I’m trimming the bumper and the rear of the front wheel wells
Haven't tested anything on a stock PW; all testing we did was post install.
Yes 35" tires should not rub.
Is there a reason why y’all don’t use the sway drops now for the factory sway bar now versus in this video?
Yes they can be installed with zero issues.
Can you make a video with going up hill and through water.
Can you put the front sway bar on a PW and will it cause dash error issues?
Depends... The older wagons won't throw codes; the newer ones (I believe 2014+) require an electronic bypass.
