Phew! My tush is feeling the burn from that one! Love how dynamic this workout was and not too much booty work but just the right amount. Sometimes I feel like my legs give up and I starts to feel it in my back if there is too much focus on the booty. Also love seeing the dog for my kids entertainment while get my workout on 👍
