Hi, Thank you so much for your appreciation ! Even though I am bilingual, all my education has been in English . That's absolutely normal in India and many other countries , where your native language can be different , but your education is in English. I've also worked in multinational companies in global HR teams for more than 10 years now, which helped me gain perspective of different work cultures. So language was not a barrier at all for me to crack the exam.

Hi, you dont need prior experience or education to become SHRM-CP certified. You can begin your certification journey

Hi Tanu. Resources say that 200 points need to be achieved to pass the SHRM CP. However, I still do not understand how many questions do I need to answer correctly out of 134 questions (or 110 questions) to achieve that 200 points? Thank you in advance.
Nobody knows that unfortunately!!!!! You will never know the exact score , just an aggregated graph that shows your performance.
