Hi Dora, thank you for the appreciation! So, we dont really have a membership ID , however, once you register, a membership card will be generated which displays details like your name and the date your membership began. You can also generate a membership certificate to display in your socials.

A 'good job' is a very subjective topic. After you complete your education, just grab the first opportunity you get and in 2-3 years, you should be able to decide for yourself what's your area of interest. Have a grip on your concepts and perform well in the interviews. All the best!
How long can we access to the SHRM learning system after enrollment? Is there any expiration (12, or 18 months)

Hi Jasneet, congratulations for your upcoming study and relocation to Canada! Since you are already set up for a course in business management, it would be recommended to complete that first with good grades. Certifications like CHRP and SHRM etc are ad ons to your degree which help in career enhancement and growth. You can start off as a recruiter and later move on to an HR fuction of your liking.

Hi Dharti, yes absolutely! Most companies mention CHRP/CPHR but everyone within the HR family recognises SHRM ..
Hi, it was a very nice and informative session, I have a question, how many months are good for preparation in case of full dedication. Also, I am planning to take it in winters 2023, when would the registration start?
Hi Kavita, thank you for your input ! I think 4 months is required with full dedication ( 2-3 hours study daily) to ace the exam. The registrations for summer 2023 started in Jan.. assuming the same timeline, it should start in July.. Do apply for the membership by June and then keep a track of the registration timelines..
