Durian Chiffon Cake 榴莲戚风蛋糕

Ingredients:
50g corn oil(玉米油)
70ml milk (鲜奶)
120g durian flesh paste (榴莲肉泥)
40g caster sugar (细砂糖)
120g plain flour(普通面粉或低筋面粉)
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
5 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
80g g sugar (细砂糖)
22cm (9”) chiffon cake pan
22cm (9寸)戚风烤模,
以130°C烤45分钟,再改160°C 烤15分钟
或以150°C烤45分钟,再改180°C 烤10分钟
Bake in a preheated oven at 130°C for 45 minuets. Then bake at 160°C for 15 minuets.
or bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 45 minuets. Then bake at 180°C for 10 minuets.

有一点弯沟就行了,如果打至尖直太过硬性了,有点能拌而且烤出来的蛋糕会有很多气泡

Hi, I also like know weather making steaming can ? ?
I noticed (1) some pockets of the meringue remained when she poured the mixture into the chiffon tin. All pockets of meringue must be broken and mixed well into the mixture before pouring it into the tin. (2) The chiffon tin is too large for the amount of recipe. The mixture should ideally able to fill the tin up to 3/4 level in order for the cake to rise nicely and achieve the height. I see the mixture only filled up to half of her tin.
