Love your videos and find them helpful as a trucker student. 🧑✈️
A very helpful video…thanks for the amazing work you have put in
I did learn alot,I thought I had it rough as a truck driver,Lady you got alot on your hands.
Great content. Thank you.
I came to see the process and I found GOLD
Just found this video. Love it. I just came off the road to be the recruiter/retention/on-board person. (I came up with my own title of Driver Success Manager) for the same company I drive for because they are incredible to their drivers, although after my first day in the office it seems a little chaotic, so here I am noseying around for tips for more organized conversation and details and i find your information really helpful. Thank you.
Wat company
I love it - we can’t tell you much about the job, but apply. 😂😂😂😂😂 I’ve came across a quite a bit of that crap….. not in trucking but elsewhere.
Not only you are a very beautiful lady, your way of video presentations are also full of Fun and beautiful ❤️! Keep up the good job ! Thanks
love this about posting as a recent grade nothing more frustrating them companies not including experience required or if they train new drivers. as then I waste so much time messaging them only to be told nope you need 2 years of varifiable experience
Miranda thank you so much for all your work. I'm planing to past all your curses staring by the Trucking Business Planning and Management. Qustion: Is the price for the entire course? Is it by modules?
Awesome 👌
Great video! My question: about driver(employees) expenses during the trips, like breakfast, lunch etc, do I have to cover this expenses?
When will you respond to emails?
Love your videos always so helpful.
😆😁 Third, nice post as usually....
Get a better insurance by paying more and you even can employ newbies drivers or you pay much more for experienced drivers with two or more driving experience 🤗
Ayyee! And a shot out 🙏🏽...my mentor and she doesn't even know it 😆
Great video Miranda! Everything was clear and concise where things were kind of cloudy on my end! I appreciate you!
Funny I never got a road test and I've had a failed drug test and completed a sap and follow up testing plan, yet was hired no problem 😮
Cool👍🏻💪🏻
Can you create a call flow on how to request employment verification and how to approach drivers who have been disqualified due to safety reasons?
wow if more companies had that mentality of really taking care of the drivers and not trying to take advantage of them this would be a great industry and there would be minimal turn over. Most drivers 1st complaint about a company is being screwed or/taken advantage of and then home time.
I HAVE MANY GREAT JOBS FOR NICHE DRIVERS
Do you mind if I ask what ELD you use. I am a single owner operator and am not going to expand. Thanks. PS I love your videos!
We use Motive (formerly KeepTruckin) :)
Would like more information on clearinghouse, is it mandatory? What are the pros and cons.
Yes, the DACH is absolutely mandatory! You must order a new “full” report for all new driver candidates.
You also have to run a “limited” report for them every year.
The only real difference between the two is that the FMCSA sends the permission request to the driver via email directly for full queries.
For limited queries, you need to have that driver’s written permission in order to pull that report.
I recommend including it as part of your on-boarding paperwork.
Each query costs $1.25 and it’s a good idea to have a 3rd party (like my company) handle the process for you.
It can be a pain in the butt to get it set up. But, it’s much easier if you have your FMCSA portal login information.
Will gladly help you get set up (totally free, I just like helping people who need some help). Just give me a call: 1-855-211-5550. Thanks!
As a new owner of a trucking business, I have a 2023 Freightliner that is bare bone. There's no amenities (refrigerator)&(microwave). Who provides this in the truck? Do I or the driver?
👍
What is the process if you only need NON CDL drivers for hotshot jobs?
other than Amazon, where is the best site to look for a trucking job?
You forgot the signed green DOT book that a driver has to sign and keep in the truck. lol
I m a bit confused about reporting the “per diem” amounts for an employee. Thought per diem was related to contractors. What is per diem exactly?
Do trucking companies still do pre hire letters if you are in school ?
Can I register my driver's usdot to my trucks?
Does the Road Test MUST be conducted before hiring??
so attractive
On hire safe, do you you use the $49 package or the $89 package ?
I pay as I go- whenever I am hiring
What ATS or CRM do you recommend?
I looking also, let me know if you got the answer 😮
First
I don't see the reason for two driver in one truck.
Lol yea thats a tough one 🤣 wonder why
if you are driving for yourself how do you go about a road test certificate? lol
You can have someone you know with same license classification or higher perform the test.
Finding a driver is hard
