    Just found this video. Love it. I just came off the road to be the recruiter/retention/on-board person. (I came up with my own title of Driver Success Manager) for the same company I drive for because they are incredible to their drivers, although after my first day in the office it seems a little chaotic, so here I am noseying around for tips for more organized conversation and details and i find your information really helpful. Thank you.

    love this about posting as a recent grade nothing more frustrating them companies not including experience required or if they train new drivers. as then I waste so much time messaging them only to be told nope you need 2 years of varifiable experience

    Get a better insurance by paying more and you even can employ newbies drivers or you pay much more for experienced drivers with two or more driving experience 🤗

    Can you create a call flow on how to request employment verification and how to approach drivers who have been disqualified due to safety reasons?

  • @georgecook1374
    @georgecook1374 Год назад

    wow if more companies had that mentality of really taking care of the drivers and not trying to take advantage of them this would be a great industry and there would be minimal turn over. Most drivers 1st complaint about a company is being screwed or/taken advantage of and then home time.

    Would like more information on clearinghouse, is it mandatory? What are the pros and cons.

    • @MySafetyManager
      @MySafetyManager Год назад

      Yes, the DACH is absolutely mandatory! You must order a new “full” report for all new driver candidates.
      You also have to run a “limited” report for them every year.
      The only real difference between the two is that the FMCSA sends the permission request to the driver via email directly for full queries.
      For limited queries, you need to have that driver’s written permission in order to pull that report.
      I recommend including it as part of your on-boarding paperwork.
      Each query costs $1.25 and it’s a good idea to have a 3rd party (like my company) handle the process for you.
      It can be a pain in the butt to get it set up. But, it’s much easier if you have your FMCSA portal login information.
      Will gladly help you get set up (totally free, I just like helping people who need some help). Just give me a call: 1-855-211-5550. Thanks!

    As a new owner of a trucking business, I have a 2023 Freightliner that is bare bone. There's no amenities (refrigerator)&(microwave). Who provides this in the truck? Do I or the driver?
