I always enjoy listening to your videos. Transparent and honest. Your well spoken....and it goes straight to ones heart and soul, at least mine. Sounds cheesy im sorry but I'm at that point in life where I'm learning to appreciate what I have more and make changes.... One being diet (as you mentioned cutting sugar/carbs I was taking brownies out of the oven so felt guilty lol) but making an effort to get closer to friends and family again. Thanks again for sharing
