I have identical one, got it brand new, in the first month it double fired on me few times, sent it back to S&W and they fixed the issue, I wish there was more explanation from them as far as what the issue was. Love my S&W👍🇺🇸
Got a E series, the 1911TA railed model i can't wait to get it. Waiting on my CCW to come in , live in Upstate NY gotta love it. Paid MSRP for it too damn pandemic.. Ughh until then I'll continue binge watching countless 1911's videos till I get my baby
Im 60 years old myself but I sure would like to here from younger to see if the 1911 is really still relevant, and not just because of its trigger pull. . . or is it ?
As a local gun smith I deal with several younger shooters who prefer the 1911 style pistol, not to mention the new 2011 style pistol. Our local sheriffs dept carry a version of the 1911. So it is still very relevant. The best pistol I have is a Staccato 2011 style pistol.
I’m new to guns and 21 almost 22. My dad, who’s a little older than you likes 1911’s because of the history standpoint of it. For me it’s because it looks badass lol
It's a great range gun, better than the e-series. This site's are fully adjustable so why would you put night sites on a target gun??? Night sites are good for NIGHTS It's the type of sights that are on the Cult gold cups and the Performance Center 1911s. Clueless!
I have the Ruger Commander 1911 and the Springfield Armory 1911 A1 Mil Spec and love both of them
Beautiful guns, happy shooting.

What the brand on the rear sites?

you make a good point but I am more accustomed to night sights. The point is moot as I sold the gun two weeks ago.
@@tmcdaniels2000 did the pistol not work out for you?
@@teelowteelow356 it was a great gun but a guy offered me a price I couldn't turn down.
@@tmcdaniels2000 I appreciate the reply brother!
