    Flip those Axles! Watched the whole thing. Nice build. Thanx for the shoutout. Built 2 TRX6(M)s kits while I watched so we were both productive today, Cheers.

    The flipped hubs is definitely on my to do list. I just got my first rc as an adult. Cr18p evo rock van. I've cut the body out for bigger tires, flipped the steering linkage to the bottom of the servo arm and installed a furitek micro komodo brushless with there stinger kit. It actually drifts but flips if I turn too hard, where the hub flip is coming in handy. Going 3s soon and maybe try to convert to the lgrp billet mr24 transmission with the 30 something %overdrive and the 20 percent overdrive portal gears

    Flip those portals! Epic build my dude! Yea there’s always gonna be haters for every build. But who cares what they say. You build what you like because they’re not paying for it. Sure if they fully sponsor a build then they got say but nope they’re not. Do what you love my guy. Love the vids!

    Never done😂 thats an understatement. Thanks for bringing us along. Really love the looks of these chassis. Really love a low slung ride like this. Great watching something a little different flipping the axles really drew me in.

    Thats a cool idea to invert portals and do something different.
    Im making a 2wd TRX4M for max speed as an experiment.

    I just ordered the skid from opai factory over on etsy. I currently have a 66g beass skid but would honestly prefer clearance over all that weight.

    • @TheShopMiniRC
      @TheShopMiniRC  10 месяцев назад

      You don’t want brass skid anyway. Brass sticks to rocks. Also, it’s sprung weight. You want all sprung weight as light as possible.

    Awesome build! Thanks for your time. Would this chassis, or even the injora tarantula work (width wise) with the fms Fcx24? I would just cut the frame rails of the fxc off where the
    belly/skid/links are at, and mod whatever. The width there would just need to be close. Thanks again! Really pumped for this vid. 👍🏻

      Awesome! That’s what I have, so that’s all I got. Maybe I’ll go ahead and order one up. Great price! I have 70 claws coming too. I’ll be chomping at the bit for that vid when/if you do it. Thanks much for the reply. 👍🏻

    • @teamvisser
      @teamvisser Год назад +1

      So I got my tarantula chassis today (trx4m size) , I measured the fcx24 belly width and it’s spot on! Also the stock fcx24 upper link bolts are almost 100% on with the chassis’s belly holes! Maybe A little modding the chassis servo area and it will be an easy swap. Obviously this means the ripper chassis (trx4m) will be the same, I have that chassis coming as well. So pumped for this. All three fcx’s will be swapped over to this setup. and my monster truck tires look to clear the tarantula tubes too, so the 70mm tires coming should clear. Chomping at the bit for you to make a vid about it. Sorry for the long message… just pretty excited. Thanks again for the videos and your time! 👍🏻

  • @R_Long
    @R_Long Год назад +1

    HAHA! I build what I like. I have a clearance V1 chassis to mess with. What really are the differences? I have an FCX24 drive train to toss in lying around. I'll flip those portals too.
