Stretching for flexibility can be one of the most important things you do. It doesn't matter what your fitness goals are. Losing weight, gaining weight, building muscle, building strength, calisthenics, lifting weights, or combination of all of these! Stretching play a major roll in increasing your performance!
We wont go into much details about the benefits of stretching here, but here a quick article you can read at your leisure about how stretching helps!

9 Benefits of stretching
1. Increases your flexibility
Regular stretching can help increase your flexibility, which is crucial for your overall health. Not only can improved flexibility help you to perform everyday activities with relative ease, but it can also help delay the reduced mobility that can come with aging.

Being able to move a joint through its full range of motion gives you more freedom of movement. Stretching on a regular basis can help increase your range of motion.

@@cornelius8124 exactly. So it’s really useful. At least for me, cause I workout twice a day because I also do a sport for high school so stretching really helps. 🤷♂️ maybe u just don’t need to, which if that’s the case good for u 👍😌

I just want to say thanks. I'm a 300lb tub that's getting his life together. I just started a PPL and use your 5min warmup and just tried this 30min stretching. They're both perfect for what I'm doing. I did have a little trouble with the jump at the end. Lol Thanks again.

I waited to do this routine before commenting. Cant believe the cracks and pops it produced in my joints. Got some really good deep stretches out of it too. Felt better than i thoought it would. By the time I got through the whole thing, i found myself wanting to do it again. Thanks bully.

You should try doing it after workouts and start doing dynamic stretches before workouts💯

I have been out of shape for years and I thought I gotta start somewhere. A few days ago I tried this kind of light exercise, but with no discipline and some random moves that I can come up with. It took around 20 minutes to start sweating.
When I found this video, I tried my best to follow it, and it took only aroun 8-10 minutes to start sweating.

So relaxing I do this before I go to school.
Omg thank god today is a stretch routine. I ended up doing an old hiit workout I used to do before my surgeries. Did 3 sets used to do 4 though. And I was telling myself that I was still going to do this workout today. But damn I was dying and didn’t wanna workout. So once again. Thank god I’m stretching
