360 grams of all-purpose wheat flour (000) (3 cups)
180 ml. cold water (6 oz.)
38 grams sugar (3 tbsp.)
35 grams beaten egg (3 tbsp.)
20 grams butter (1 ½ tbsp)
3 grams dry or granulated yeast (1 level tsp)
6 grams salt (1 level tsp)
Stuffed
180 grs. Manchego or Gouda cheese
180 grs. smoked ham
80 grams bacon
1 egg to varnish
