    Your explanations and gentle manner are wonderful, thank you. I've been suffering with asthma, anxiety and reflux and this really soothed me. Your explanation of the yin and yang made so much sense for the situation I'm in. Knowing there is something natural I can do to help myself is very comforting.

    You are awesome, literally.
    You have already helped me fixing an issue.
    Now I am trying to fix the second one.
    Anxiety and heath ( actually extreme sweating every time I am feeling something, especially fearing something bad is about to happen ).
    I cannot find the right point.
    I feel 3 tendins:
    - external ( thick one )
    - middle one
    - internal ( thin one ).
    If I press the big tendin and the middle one it hurts a lot, I feel pain.
    If I press the internal ( thin one ) it doesn't.
    Where shall I press??
    Thank you!
    Thank you so much for your support and help 🙏🙏🙏
    Bless you 🌞🌞🌞

    Great explanation and presentation! Do you ever use electric "acupuncture" devices? I have a pen shaped device that delivers a mild electric current to stimulate acu points. It also has a sensor to detect the acu points. It seems to work well. My hands and fingers would get sore from manual acupressure so now I only use this device.

    you have a lovely way to explain things ! thank you so much for sharing your knowledge & helping others (: your video gave me clarity about my current situation (random breakout, excessive bloating)
    why do we sometimes have more heat or more yang in our body?

    • @tcmtime
      @tcmtime  3 года назад +4

      Thank you for your kind words, Mina! I'm so glad my video could give you clarity about your current situation. To answer your question, excess heat (excess yang) in our body may be due to a number of reasons, including 1) Lack of sleep or proper rest; 2) Spicy foods or foods that are warming, such as cinnamon, garlic, onion, ginger, meat, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, sugar, nuts, seeds, oils and spices; 3) Warm climates and weather; 4) Overwork and stress; 5) Breathing habits, i.e. exhaling longer than inhaling; 6) Chemicals, toxins, medicines and drugs; 7) Radiation from our computers, phones or other devices. • @tcmtime

      Thank you, Laura. Yes, when a person is standing with arms raised up, the yin organ channel energy flows upward from the Earth (yin) and the yang organ channel energy flows downward from the Heaven (yang). Hope this helps!

    How often can this be done in a day?

    • @tcmtime
      @tcmtime  Год назад +1

      Thank you for your question! Each individual may have different needs. In the beginning, I would generally recommend starting with massaging this acupressure point between 1-5 minutes per day. If it feels okay on your skin and also with positive effects on your body/mind, you can try repeating this massage 2-3 times per day. For anxiety, stomach and heat issues, I often would recommend massaging this acupressure point throughout the day as needed. Hope this helps answer your question!
