      I have problem of tiny bumps on my forehead or side of the chicks or chin. What was the reason behind them I don't know. I tried so many home remedies but it cant work for them... But nowadays I drink 1glass of turmeric milk before getting on bed . And I see my face is glowing . But the tiny bumps aren't gone.

Can you tell me your age, gender/sex, your skin shade and finally anything you put upon your face during the day or night before bed. If you can tell me these things then I think I can give you some answers. I believe I already know what this is but I definitely need that information before I can give you opinion / advice. I know you're not asking me but I'm just trying to help you if I can. ❤

      Soon, there is going to be the rapture. It's when there will be trumpet sounds, and after the trumpet sounds, God will lift his people from here. Also, God said people should be living by the Bible. Amen, and God bless you.

    1.) Get morning sunlight
    2.) Have lukewarm water
    3.) Limit phone and e devices
    4.)Have a bowl of fresh seasonal fruits
    5.) Practice mindful gratitude

      Put some lemon in it. If you're going to drink it then put a little lemon in there.

    Walking 20 minutes
    Drinking warm water as a bed tea
    20 minutes exercise everyday

    Thanks for the information. One question to the video editor: What is the purpose of showing the clips of Dr Hasanji looking towards other directions instead of camera? It's weired. And, in almost all the videos of The Yoga Institute, this weired clips exist.

    Please make videos about nutrition and water. What is the ultimate diet for good health and high energy? More topics in the field of medicine, preventive medicine and curing diseases - why diseases arise and how to cure them (theoretical and practical).
    And how are there people who
    live without food and water?
    How do they not feel hungry?
    Is there a connection to the sun or the air? What do they get their powers from?
    And one last thing, how to maintain high energy all day and not be tired?

    Mam meine apki ek video dekhi jisme aapne coconut oil and lemon juice kaha lgane ko
    Kya woh permanently dandruff ko thik kr dega
